The house has urban surroundings but the location is very peaceful. Its 4 bedrooms are spacious, all of them with views to the garden. Three of the bedrooms count with a double bed (two of them with en suite bathroom) and the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In all of them there is space for a cot. There are two more bathrooms, one of which has direct access to the garden.
There is underfloor heating throughout the House and Air Conditioning in all the rooms. During summer, take advantage of the nice Mediterranean breeze and get some fresh air. In addition, the House gets fans in all the rooms so that you can clear them out. There is WIFI and Satellite TV.
There is a completely fitted kitchen, wide and well-kept, in order for you to have everything you could need for preparing your meals during your stay and enjoy cooking. It is light-filled and has great views over the garden and terrace. It counts with appliances such as: food blender, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, orange squeezer, kettle, etc. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The living room and dining room are very spacious, bright and cosy. One can enjoy relaxing there. The sofas are very comfortable and you can watch TV or read a book. The dining room area has a large table; just perfect for enjoying the meals. You can verify the quality of the finishing touches inside and outside the house; both decoration and furniture have been taken care up to the last detail.
Outside is awesome. The plot of 1500 m2 has garden areas, terraces and a barbecue area. The porch, with 45 m2, is very close to the swimming pool and garden area. All in all it is a great space where to spend time outside, cool down in the swimming pool and enjoy summer dinners outdoors.
The swimming pool measures 11x5 meters and has a depth from 1.20 to 2.20 meters. You will find 8 sunbeds around it. Enjoy them and get tanned!
Porto Cristo is a wonderful residential area of eastern Majorca and it is really close to many coves and small sandy beaches. Indeed, Cala Murta is just 150 meters away and Porto Cristo main beach is 1.5 kilometres far.
In Porto Cristo one can find a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Coves del Drach are only 650 meters far from Porto Cristo and are also worth a visit if you are nature lover. Driving just a few kilometres you can reach Son Servera and Capdepera, which has a medieval castle.
In Porto Cristo there is also a safari and many children playgrounds. If you are looking for some party, go to Cala Millor or Cala Rajada, where you will find many pubs, bars and discos so that you can enjoy of the nightlife scene.
Are you a sports lover? If you are a golfer there are many Golf courses over a 20 kilometer radius (Son Servera Golf, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Reserva Rotana Golf). If you like tennis or padel tennis there are several Tennis clubs in the area. If you like cycling there are very nice routes like visiting Artà hermitage, Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
Note: We cannot accept guests less than 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
