This 640 m2 house is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden and lots of terraces. There are 6 cosy bedrooms, two on the first floor and the others on the second floor. Both bedrooms on the first floor have double beds. The master bedroom on the second floor comes with 2 double beds, a living room and an en-suite bath. Furthermore, on the first floor are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom each and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In total there are 6 bathrooms. If you have a look at the photos, you will see that 2 en-suite bathrooms are directly in the room.
Every floor has its own living room. The spacious sitting-dining room on the first floor is fitted with sofas, armchairs, a dining table and TV. The en suite sitting room on the second floor has 2 armchairs and TV. The big living room on the ground floor has a fireplace. The adjoining dining area has a huge table and seats for up to 20 guests. There is some wood for the fireplace.
The house counts with 2 kitchens. The kitchen unit on the first floor has a gas stove, gas oven and a fridge. The second one is fully-equipped and has also a gas stove. Obviously, there are enough dishes, kitchen utensils and glasses for all people. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The first and second floors have a balcony with mountain views. The spacious terrace, that surrounds the house, has lots of lovely corners to discover. The wonderful garden is a nice place for sunbathing or for playing with your kids. The 100 m2 pool (chlorine) is private and its maximum depth is 1.90 meters. There are 12 sun loungers, 4 sun umbrellas and a BBQ. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. There is lot of parking space on the patio.
The plot consists of 2 mountains, forest, olive groves and a spacious garden. It nestles in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared world cultural heritage by Unesco. The village Orient is inhabited by only 37 people, who are called “orientales”. In the town centre you find 1 restaurant. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or climbing. During spring and autumn, after rain, you can visit the waterfalls Salt d’es Freu.
Restaurant and shopping facilities are in Bunyola. In the mountains are lots of gravel bays with crystal clear waters. Don’t miss the bays of Llucalcari, Deià or Port des Canonge or the sand beach Port de Sóller. They are about 30 km from the house.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 24 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
