Apartments in this medium size 'high-rise' block start 6 levels up from street level and bedrooms have secondary glazing, so for such a central convenient location, many clients comment on how quiet they are. There are 2 fast, good-sized passenger lifts so you do not need to cope with lots of stairs!

The 2 bedrooms are arranged as Bedroom 1: 1 x SuperKing(UK 6ft wide x 6ft6' long) and Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles (UK 3ft wide x 6ft6' long).

N E W S !: London Underground is rebuilding Tottenham Court Road Underground Station to relieve congestion, with a ticket hall nearly 6 times the current size, step free access and improved interchange. A new Crossrail line is being constructed, with services starting in 2017 providing 24 trains an hour. A new plazza is being created outside Centre Point. It will be great when finished, as tube journies from Heathrow will run direct to the apartment in 30 minutes - half the time it takes now! Please be aware that there is therefore construction work going on across the road, however we have had long let rentals in the building renew tenancies for 12 months, so it is not putting off renters. There may be WORKS going on (daytimes only) below the flat as the retail units are being refurbished this year

Excellent central location! The maid service mid-week was very nice – really freshened the place up. Kitchen was wonderful! Very efficient and well-equipped with a great view. It was nice having the sleeping area upstairs from the living area – with 4 guests we were able to have privacy when needed yet plenty of social space as well. We were pleased with the apartment. The location was so convenient and the view was fabulous. We were able to walk to many great restaurants and bars in Soho and Covent Garden (Il Forno, Rodos Greek Restaurant, First Out Café)

Perfect for us

I am a mom who travelled with our 16 year old daughter and 15 year old son. This was a perfect location for us and the flat was laid out so that we all had our own space during our week's stay. The construction was a non-issue for us although the lift did not work one day which was a mild inconvenience. Si did a great job going over suggestions around London and the little quirks of the flat - every place has "character" - so that we would not have any questions during our stay. A suggestion well received by Si was that the pillows were too lofted for us and that there should be some softer pillows on hand for people like us. I wish I could keep our linens as sparkling white and fresh as in our home away from home.

Most flats we looked at had only one bath. This had 1.5 baths and the half bath made getting ready in the morning so much easier!

The location was great for us. Short walk to the station, the shows, and Covent Garden. We spent very little time during the day in the flat. Highly recommend Flat Iron right on Denmark Street (for meat lovers only) which is immediately out the front door. There is always a wait but they take you name and text you (even internationally) when your table is ready.

We would stay in this flat or any of the others Si manages in this building (as I think the difference is only color scheme and location in the building).

We booked Airport Direct for the early Sunday morning pick up. Despite being very clear the night before about the church as a location marker, the driver was confused and late and the operator was pretty useless. It cost 65 pounds and was a tight squeeze Prius. I would probably book an Uber which will allow you to drop a location pin which you need while streets are closed in the area for the construction.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your glowing review, which is great for our morale :). I'm glad the construction was a non-issue for you, and that you would stay again in any of our flats. It was very kind of you to leave the Oyster Travel Cards with credit on for us, plus the butter, milk and honey was appreciated. For everyone's info: Both of the lifts are being replaced for new, starting next week, as they are due for an upgrade and have in fact exceeded their life expectancy by many years. The Pillows we use are from the very expensive Dunlopillow brand, which give very good support and are generally praised by our guests. We also provide softer/lower pillows in the twin bedroom,(as younger heads tend to sleep there) and I noticed they had been selected when we did the cleaning. I will pass on your comments about providing Feather pillows, but I think the owners prefer non allergenic for health and safety reasons.

3 Moth stay becomes 18-Moths stay > Loved this flat!

We have just left this property with genuine sadness, after what started out as a 3 moth rental for a work placement in Central London. We extended and ended up staying 18 months (hence there are no other reviews in 2015/16, for anyone wondering) Due to work commitments we have to go home now, but we certainly recommend this flat, and we plan to try and live in London again in 2018. If not in this particular unit (it does get booked up), at an identical one in the same building. This will be great time to return to our "London Home", because all the construction work should be over. It has been very interesting watching it all happen (like a circus at times!) and the landscape has changed number of times from the balcony, but we love the plans for the Centre Point public square/plaza that is development right outside. This will make the exterior super modern, clean and inviting. And the Alfresco restaurants and coffee shops planed for directly below the block will add what is already great location for eating out. I can't really fault any of the service, or features of this apartment, because it was perfectly suited to us and our needs, with friendly management and lovely cleaning lady (we decided to keep here on a retainer). So I would recommend this property for anyone seeking a London bases particularly for a longer stay, and a especially while the rates are discounted to off set the contraction works going on around it. Fingers crossed when we return, we will be still offered a good deal and the gentrification won't have pushed it out of our budget. The London property market is still booming.

You are right, the Plaza right outside looks set to be amazing. A real improvement on what has gone before, with enhanced, safer pedestrian crossings, and also vehicular traffic directed further away from the balconies. That can only be a good thing. The whole neighbourhood seems to be being upgraded with new shops and restaurants, and yes we would love to welcome you back. As past guests, we would always offer you a discount and a great deal. Come back soon, and good luck with the next job offer.

Such a great place!

One of the best choices for this vacation. I stayed in two of the apartments. The first one, vety beautiful and the second one it really felt like home. Such a comfortable central area and I had a great night sleep even with all the construction was going on around the area. The funny thing is, it was so easy to find the way back, having that tall building tied next to other one. I truly recommend it to others who want to have a pleasant experience. Modern, comfortable and clean! I have not even a negative word to say about it and I'll definitely have consider it as a choice with no hesitation for the next time I'll be in London.

Perfect location

We have a great London vacation, and picking this flat was one of the main reasons. You cannot beat the location. It was clean and bright and roomy, everything was exactly as advertised. The manager, Si, was so helpful. If we ever return to London, we will stay here again.

Excellent location, would stay again.

everything about this rental was easy and the apartment was everything that we expected AND MORE. si was very responsive by phone and email and the welcoming host was very friendly. the apartment had plenty of towels and supplies for our week stay. by far the most amazing feature is the location. you are literally steps away from the tube, the theater, shopping, pubs, you name it. made it very easy for us to get day-of tickets for 'the weir' (which has been sold out), since the theater was so close, my husband could dash off to get in line early and then come back with tickets and breakfast! wi-fi was excellent for the bit of work that we had to do. kitchen was well stocked. apartment layout was roomy. living area is downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. the bedrooms were good sized. having stayed in small hotel rooms in other places, these rooms are spacious. the kitchen is small and functional. we have no complaints and only good things to say. if you are a light sleeper, there is some noise on the street so if you can't get back to sleep, take some ear plugs just in case. i had no problem getting back to sleep. this was our first trip to london and have excellent memories. this apartment was one of the reasons why! made everything easy.

Super comfortable central London flat

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for your services related to our stay at Centre Point. We have stayed in lots of furnished rentals and yours is probably one of the best kitted out, which made it really comfortable. Everything from the cosy chenille throws on the sofa, to the laundry soap, to the generous supply of towels, to the hair dryers, mirrors, and converters everywhere you'd want them...so well-done. As I think I mentioned I manage a furnished rental myself, and I will definitely be taking a page from your book. All the best and thanks again!
