The constructed area of 220m2 divides into 3 floors and a cellar, and is excellent for the families with children or friends who would like to spend their vacation on sea.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor and has an access to the 21m2 private terrace with a sea view. The second bedroom on the ground floor has twoo single beds and a balcony with mountain views. And the last bedroom has two single beds and an access to the garden with mountain views. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor has shower and another one on the first floor has a bath.
The 45m2 terrace is an ideal place to enjoy breakfasts and lunches or to sunbathe on sunbeds. In the living-dining room you can rest after a beach day on the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is furnished with toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, fridge etc. There are also a washing machine, iron with ironing-board.
The house offers a garage without an access for the cars. But you can keep there your beach things. You will find a parking space in front of the house.
The villa is situated in a perfect location in a walking distance to the beach (150m) and other attractions. La Colònia de Sant Pere is an old Fisher village where one can find various restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a nautical club.
This location has many beaches as Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, s’Aigua dolça, etc.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
