Why Linda Stice Heausler chose Bacliff

Linda's passion is renovation, and particularly taking older homes and making them alive again. Greg recognized this talent of hers, and when she sold her renovated ranch house, encouraged her to find another project. Hospitality House at the front of the property, was just that, and has been opened this year to great acceptance.. The second, empty building which was originally an outdoor kitchen, gave her the DREAM of a tiny house. Now, after a year of planning, the empty shell has become an amazing reality.

What makes this Studio unique

Tiny Dream is definitely a 1-2 person experience. Although it may be smaller than some hotel rooms, it contains almost all the amenities. A sleeper sofa opens into just enough space to pass around at night, but plenty of space during the day. The little kitchen is perfect for weekenders who don't need an oven, or dishwasher. There is not a laundry machine at this time, but there are several laundromats within a mile of the cottage. What is truly unique about this cottage is the privacy. Sitting on the deck with a coffee or glass of wine, and feeling the bay breeze that's almost always there, it's easy to relax. Even the other houses around seem to fade away .
