This 3-bedroom holiday home in Alcalalí, Valencia and can house 6 people comfortably. It's perfect for a family travelling with children or groups of friends.

Head to the villages of Alcalali, Parcent, Jalon, and Lliber, which are 1 km, 3 km, 3 km, and 4 km away respectively, to experience Spanish culture. Go to the charming port town of Denia, 20 km away, to see the impressive castle, sandy beaches, and the hippie market. Only 22 km away is the town of Moraira, which has an interesting castle and watchtower. The town center is 1 km away, where you can find general supplies and restaurants.

This holiday home with a swimming pool is in a quiet, residential area, and also has an outdoor shower. The house is situated a little higher, which gives you a stunning view of the green Jalon valley, also known as the Vall de Pop. A cot and high chair for children will be provided at local rates, if you need it. The home also has a terrace and garden with outdoor furniture.

We genieten hier 100% en dankzij het mooie weer is het zwembad een absolute surplus. De rust is hier ook zalig . We eten altijd buiten. Daar kunnen we thuis maar van dromen.

Beste, volgende lijkt ons minimaal van belang voor de huur van een huis voor deze prijs (>1500 eur per week in hoog seizoen) en is in dit huis (casa Akoesha) niet beschikbaar of in orde: - verouderde lakens, zelfs zodanig uitgerokken dat ze helemaal opgerold onder je vandaan/los komen na een nacht slapen (wij kochten vandaag nieuwe lakens voor ons gezin), - er werd een nieuwe boiler geplaatst maar deze verwarmt het water slechts voor 2 personen waardoor de volgende 3 ofwel koud ofwel pas na een 3 à 4 tal uur later opnieuw konden douchen, - het zwembad had te weinig water bij aankomst waardoor de onderhoud man pas tegen het einde van de week een degelijk onderhoud kon uitvoeren (wij kwamen aan op zaterdag, man kwam langs op maandag en op vrijdag, zwembad onderhoud dus pas op vrijdag na een week…), - lampen buitenterras defect, lampen van het zwembad werken niet, - plastic rotan stoelen afgeleefd, - poort vooraan sluit niet, - de buurt is waarschijnlijk rustig wanneer geen bouwwerken uitgevoerd worden (wat momenteel het geval is), - senseo apparaat lekt maar kan voorlopig nog gebruikt worden, - mixer aanwezig maar werkt niet. Foto’s gemaakt en desgewenst beschikbaar. Wij hebben gelukkig nood aan vakantie en kennen de streek waardoor we toch een aangename vakantie hebben. Mits wat investering en planning lukt het wel, alleen spijtig dat we hiervoor deze prijs hebben betaald. Het huis staat te koop maar dat zou niet de reden voor de verminderde kwaliteit mogen zijn. Zeker wanneer men nog deze hoge prijs wil aanhouden. Beste groeten, Sophie Lecuyer
