This 170 m2 2-storey house has a capacity for 6 people (2 more can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room) and is therefore a perfect home for a holiday with your family or friends!
All 3 bedrooms – 2 on the upper floor and one on the ground floor – have garden view and enough space to put a baby cot. 2 rooms are equipped with 2 single beds each; the third room has a double bed. On each floor there is a bathroom with bath tub.
Immerse yourself in a sea breeze entering the bright living-dining room, relax on the couches reading a book, watch TV (satellite, English and German channels), surf the internet (WIFI) or simply enjoy the pool views. From the living room you can access the porch and the terrace/pool area.
The living-dining room is air-conditioned; additionally, there are 3 fans at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, gas cooker, microwave, juicer, mixer, coffee maker etc., so cooking will be easy!
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Step outside and enjoy the terrace, pool and garden, all set on a 325 m2 plot. Sunshades and loungers as well as the outdoor furniture invite you to spend the day having breakfast or dinner outside all days. Organize a barbecue or a romantic dinner on the porch next to the 3 x 7,5 m pool or just relax in the sun.

Cala Romàntica / Cala Mendia is a very peaceful area and is surrounded by a lot of small coves and sandy beaches in a 3 km radius (Playa Mediterránea, Cala Mendia, Cala Magrana or Cala Anguila). The nearest beach is S’Estany d’en Mas, just 1 km away from the house.
Despite of its quiet location you will find all necessary services in Cala Romàntica. A short drive takes you to Porto Cristo, a touristic town with a great offer of restaurants and range of recreational choices and tourist attractions such as the Caves of Drach or the Caves of Hams. Manacor, the 2nd largest city in Mallorca, offers a wide range of shopping possibilities.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
