It is a 3-storey house of 250 m2; it is ideal for families or big groups of friends who want to spend their holiday by the sea. There are 4 rooms: 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds (two of them have access to the balcony). There are 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower and 1 with bathtub. There is no AC in the house but we can provide you with fans if you need them.
You can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the terrace with sea views. The terrace in the main floor has 30 m2 and it is furnished with a table and 8 chairs. You can relax in the sun beds located just by the sea. From the terrace you can access the sea just going down the stairs and crossing a little path (15 meters).
Mediterranean style becomes more evident if we go inside - the house is tastefully decorated. The living room is the perfect place to read a book in one of the comfortable sofas. You can also watch satellite TV or have a little siesta. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, blender, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, dish washer, fridge and a lot more. Of course, you will find as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is no private garage.
The house has a neighbour, but he is not there usually. The house and facilities are completely private.
Alcanada is a very quiet area, normally settled by local people. There are big houses and the beach over there is lovely. The small island just in front of the beach has a lighthouse which is representative of the place, you can swim there! In Alcanada there is one of the best golf courses in Mallorca, Club de Golf Alcanada. It has 18 holes and all the facilities and services you might need. The urbanization has some good restaurants as well and a little supermarket.
Just a few minutes’ drive will take you to Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will find any kind of restaurant, supermarkets, shops and other leisure options. You can walk through Paseo Marítimo of Puerto de Alcúdia and stop for a homemade ice cream. In the area there are other quiet beaches that are worth to visit: Cala de Sant Pere, Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja de la Victòria, Es Coll Baix, etc.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults.
