3 rooms of 50 m2 with pleasant flowery terrace of 25m2 apartment in newly renovated Belle Epoque, bordering Monaco. Port, rock, beaches and festivities all within walking distance.

From 2 to 6 people, double bed, twin beds, sofa and comfort. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Internet, television, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. Comfort, calm and charm of the old!

Great location

This apartment is very well located! It is quiet and spacious. The terasse is a great outdoor space. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit dirty when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped. We would stay here again.

Séjour agréable

Un séjour agréable, la location fidèle aux photos et à la description, quartier calme, proche de la gare et des arrêts de bus pour circuler facilement dans Monaco.

Peut être une amélioration au niveau du ménage (salle de bain).

Sinon toutes les informations sont à disposition sur place (Activités, plans, horaires bus, train, alentours...)

Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung

Wir fühlten uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die anderen Räume entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Trotz der zentralen Lage (fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten vom Casino in Monaco) ist es in der Wohnung recht ruhig und dank der Klimaanlage sehr gut zu klimatisieren. Die große Terrasse ist toll, nicht nur zum Relaxen sondern auch um die Wäsche zu trocknen. Vom ersten Kontakt an fühlten wir uns bestens von der Vermieterin informiert und beraten . Auf unsere Fragen erhielten wir immer umgehend eine Antwort.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist natürlich ideal, um Monaco auch ohne Auto zu erkunden. Nach Nizza, Cannes und auch nach Ventimiglia (Italien) gelangt man streß- und staufrei mit der Bahn. Diese Städte werden ca. jede halbe Stunde angefahren. Es ist sinnvoll, sich direkt ein Hin- und Rückfahrtticket zu kaufen. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Preise für eine Fahrt sind angemessen und liegen ca. bei 3,90 Euro pro Person und Fahrt. Berücksichtigt man die sonst anfallen Kosten für Parken und auch das recht hohe Verkehrsaufkommen, zahlt sich dies in jedem Fall aus.

Da es am Haus keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, hier noch ein Tip: Im Parkaus "Monaco Parkings" direkt am Casino kann mach sich eine Parkkarte für Tag und Nacht, also für 24 Stunden zum Preis von 44,00 Euro für 7 Tage kaufen. Diese bekommt man nach Abschluß der Anfrage direkt mit und kann im Parkaushaus "La Gare" (also am Bahnhof) ein- und ausfahren wie man will. Von hieraus gelangt man in ca. 10 Minuten zum Haus. Diese Parkberechtigung gilt allerdings nur für dieses eine Parkhaus, macht aber Sinn, da sonst 20,00 Euro für 24 Stunden anfallen. Monaco selbst ist mit vielen öffentlichen Fahrstühlen ausgestattet, die einen vo einer Ebene zur nächsten bringen, wenn man einmal nicht so weit laufen möchte. Abschließend noch ein weiterer Tip. Wenn man sich das Aquarium am Fürstenpalast ansehen möchte, kann man sich getrost 8,00 Euro pro Person für eine 3D Vorführung sparen. Diese wird einem beim Kauf einer Eintrittskarte für das Aquarium gerne mitangeboten. In französischer Sprache erhält man eine kurze Vorführung der Unterwasserwelt auf den Philippinen. Wirklich sehr kurz. Danach darf man diese "3 D Geräte" wieder abnehmen. Das Geld (24,00 Euro zuätzl. für 3 Personen, besser anders anlegen)

Die Wohnung allerdings würden wir jederzeit sehr, sehr gerne wieder mieten.

Bon plan pour Monaco ... sans voiture

La location est petite pour 4 personnes (50 m²) mais elle est très fonctionnelle, propre et particulièrement bien équipée. La terrasse est appréciable pour les repas et faire sécher le linge. La petite climatisation permet de rafraichir convenablement l'ensemble de l'appartement. Bien que dans une rue passagère, le niveau sonore est tout à fait acceptable et pas de gêne la nuit. La propriétaire et sa représentante sur place sont sympathiques et très prévenantes.

La location est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Monaco ce qui est bien pratique pour visiter la plupart des grandes villes de la Côte d'Azur. En fait, il vaut mieux venir à cette location en train ou en avion. Il est impossible de se garer et juste s'arrêter dans la rue pour décharger ou charger les bagages est déjà un challenge. La seule solution est un parking payant à 500m mais à tarif raisonnable (63 euros par semaine en Juillet 2016 à renouveller chaque semaine en espérant qu'il ne soit pas complet). Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous recommanderions cette location.

The flat is small for 4 people (50 m²) but functional, clean and particularly well equipped. The terrace is appreciable for meals and drying clothes. The small air conditioning allows to refresh the entire apartment properly. Although on a busy street, the noise level is quite acceptable and no discomfort at night. The owner and his representative on site are friendly and very helpful.

The location is within a 10 minute walk from Monaco Station which is convenient to most major cities of the French Riviera. In fact, it is better to come by train or plane. It is impossible to park a car and just stopping in the street to unload or load luggage is already a challenge. The only solution is a parking 500m but at reasonable price (63 euros per week in July 2016 to renew every week hoping that it is not full). We had a good stay and would recommend this property.

Location

Ideally located above the underground station of Monaco, can reach by bus, train or private car (car park at the station) in about twenty minutes the countless attractions of the coast from Menton to Cannes. The Ventimiglia market in Italy is 20 minutes by train, and the magnificent Hanbury Gardens. Menton is at a distance of fifteen minutes, with its old town, its beach, ubiquitous lemon.

The principality is available everywhere on foot (a few minutes walk from Casino, ten minutes from the exotic garden), twenty minutes the beach. Many children's games in the Princess Antoinette Park. Many museums in such a small space that is also travels with public elevators.

And of course, restaurants and bars easily accessible, from the Belle Epoque center of Beausoleil, 500 meters and the Port of Monaco.

Shops open every day until midnight at the port.

All tastes can be satisfied in a small area, enough to provide a great experience!
