Great little flat in a lovely location

  • 4 of 5

Really nice flat with lovely views across the loch and two bars within an easy walk. Perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoor life. At some point someone got a little carried away with instruction labels, but in the end they add to the charm of the place. Loch View has recently been taken over by new owners so I have every confidence that the incredibly soft bed will not stay the course of time. All in all we had a wonderful week, its a great place that's well equipped and the owners are lovely so you can't go wrong spending some quality time here.

Lovely very clean and excellent

  • 4 of 5

Very nice apartment with great view. Very clean and high standard...except the bed which is to small and just got one mattress and sheet to share and we could feel the springs in it....New owner will put in another one. Floor is noisy but it will be repaired too.

lovely apartement with squeaky floors

  • 4 of 5

We loved our stay at the apartment. Nicely appointed and well maintained. Only 2 things are on the negative side.

The first one there is probably not really much one can do. The floors are squeaking like I have never seen elsewhere. There is no way one partner can sleep in and the other one sneaks out because the noise of the floor will wake you up.

The second can be rectified, the bed is bit like a bathtub. We had to put pillows underneath the mattress to make it somewhat more even. The bed frame holding the mattress are bent which creates this bathtub experience.

Having mentioned two negatives I cannot highlight enough that we enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

Perfect little apartment overlooking Loch Linnhe. Everything we needed and very clean and tidy.

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful well maintained open plan apartment overlooking Loch Linnhe. Very modern and clean. Located over a double garage. Beautiful wee burn running down the side of the property. Fantastic views from open plan lounge of Loch Linnhe and mountains. Galley style kitchen with ample utensils and crockery. Tight on storage space for food but not a real issue. Very local for walking and climbing Glencoe. Well stocked coop in local Ballachulish. Lovely walk along the Loch to Holly Tree Hotel. Great food and views from terrace. Very very good Gin menu !! To summarise, a fantastic little apartment which we will definately return to.
