The property’s exterior area is very much cared for. It has a spacious garden and an inviting terrace. The pool is 8 x 4 meters, with a depth that goes from 1.50 meters to a maximum of 1.70 meters. Around the pool, there are 4 loungers available for you to enjoy the majorcan sun. The property has a fixed grill for you to show off cooking outdoors, while enjoying the views of the village. The 26m2 porch is fully furnished and overlooks the garden and pool. From the living room you have direct access to the porch creating this way a unique space to enjoy long evenings outdoors. This house is located in an urban environment, but in a quiet area in the high and residential part of the village.
The living room is a very comfortable space to spend time at. It is spacious, bright and welcoming. It is the ideal place to relax watching TV or reading a book. It has a very bright, well equipped, overlooking the garden, spacious and neat kitchen. In this space you have everything you need (including gas stove) to enjoy cooking your best dishes as if you were at home. There is a full laundry room outside with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house has electric heating for winter time; during the summer season, the situation and architecture of the house allows the Mediterranean breeze to invade the property cooling it naturally. Still, in case you need them, the house has 3 fans to be distributed in the different rooms.
The 3 bedrooms available are spacious and all of them have views of the street or garden. 1 of them is located on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The ground floor one is double with 1 double bed. In the first floor, 1 bedroom is double with 1 double bed, 1 in suite bathroom and closets; and the other one is double with 2 single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor with shower, and 2 on the first floor. 1 is an in suite bathroom, which has a shower, and the other one has bathtub.
The house is located on the plains of Majorca, in a rural setting with farming. This is the best way of knowing the inside of Mallorca; enjoying its grain and fruit cultivated fields area. Villafranca is a small village with little fruit shops run by the same farmers who have cultivated them, and with highly recommended restaurants. 10 km away you will find Manacor, which has a lot of commercial activity and is one of the most important towns of Majorca. The house is located 300 meters from the center of Villafranca, but it is in the borders of the village, therefore, we can describe it as a cottage. In the case you wanted to know the Majorcan beaches, you should know that you have some nearby; like the Porto Cristo one, which is 25 km away.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
