Large well equipped modern air-con two bed apartment with panoramic sea views

A large two bedroom modern air-conditioned apartment suitable for four, one double and one twin bedded, (circa 65 sq metres) with excellent modern features and furnished to a very high standard for the discerning owners who use this apartment during parts of the year. The apartment has a range of original oil paintings and watercolours around the apartment. Access by ramps for wheelchair users. The apartment is located within a quiet apartment complex in the more popular San Eugenio Bajo (lower) area on the sea side of the TF1 Motorway within a short walk from the seafront. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Excellent shopping facilities within a three minute walk - Mercadona supermarket, Puerto Colon harbour, etc.

The bedrooms both have large fitted wardrobes, mirrors and incidental tables with drawers and lamps. The master bedroom has a large chest of double drawers, bedside chair and an electric fan.

Separate but open plan kitchen including all built in functions and amenities one would expect - built in pyrolytic cooker, microwave, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Fully equipped kitchen. External kitchen door leading to a "lighted"wrap around terrace and small garden. The garden has a large circular solid quartz table with three curved benches around the table situated on the lawn of artificial low maintenance grass. Sun lounger allowing one to obtain the morning sun. Shrubs and cacti with a flowering pergola.

A large sitting / dining room incorporating dining table and chairs and leather settees, coffee table, fan, music centre, DVD and smart TV. The apartment has a wi-fi broadband connection. Sliding doors to a very large balcony with superb sea views. The balcony has a separate sitting area with a small coffee table and a collection of sun-chairs, seats and sun-loungers. Character lantern light located on the terrace.

Modern bathroom with large fitted bespoke shower with wall hung WC and handbasin. Large linen cupboard and fitted washer / dryer.

This fully air-conditioned apartment is situated in an attractive quiet and secure gated community close to pretty well all amenities and sports. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with excellent decor including original oil paintings and watercolours and has excellent functionality. The location of San Eugenio is one of the nicest in Playa las Americas, Tenerife. There are beautiful views from the large rear terrace facing due West towards the setting sun with direct sunshine from midday to sunset. Spectacular sunsets and occasional firework displays. Front terrace benefits from the early morning sun until 2 pm and benefits from a grassed area with an archway of "Oleander".

What makes this apartment unique

Excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. Proximity to shops, pubs, restaurants and the harbour at Puerto Colon, a five minute walk away, and the famous "Geranium Walk" to Playa Fanabe in one direction and Los Cristianos in the other direction.

This apartment is truly in a nice and quiet location in South Tenerife, Playa las Americas and is a suitable base to do what you want to do. You do not need a car but if you do you can explore the entire Island visiting many places of interest. The "Tenerife Pearl" shop is worth a visit. Teide, the volcano and the Parador (Hotel run by the Spanish State) are worth a visit. Sunday lunch in the main restaurant at the Teide Parador is truly memorable. On the economic side a large beer can cost from Euro 1.50 and a large English breakfast from Euro 3.50. T- bone steaks from circa Euro 14.00. (Mario restaurant around the corner).

lovely modern apartment.

very good for location near shops, bars, supermarket.

had a little bit of trouble with taxi driver not knowing Irish Fiddler was,

my mum suggested saying Los Geranios then we arrived ok.

A perfect family apartment in a great location

We have been using HomeAway for several years and this is by far the best apartment we have found; clean, well maintained and in a great location.

Well sited in San Eugenio, it is within easy walking distance of the beach, lots of great places to eat (I recommend Sabastians), Siam Park and, if you want to travel further afield, Adeje Bus Station.

Great location, Idyllic, relaxing and pleasurable.

The property was of easy access, clean and well utilised; this included access codes for the gate and keys to the apartment, which gave that feeling of extra security. The complex is quiet and well kept and the noise was very limited in the evening, due to where the apartment is situated, so is ideal for families with younger children, who need their sleep. The size of the property was more than enough for a family of four, with all 'mod cons' should you choose to stay in the apartment to eat. The best thing about the apartment was the balcony, as it was of a good size and offered excellent views of the area and the sea. It was idyllic, just to watch the morning sun come up, whist drinking coffee, or have a glass of Sangria and watch the sun set. Beautiful! The location of the property was very central to all shops, bars and eataries and is a 5 minute walk to the beach, where more eateries can be found, which offer great tasting food.

The proprietors are very informative and nothing is too much trouble should you require extra information with questions. The response time is also quick, which makes you feel more reassured about your booking.

oasis of calm in centre

We have just returned from Palo Blanco.

it was almost perfect for us with sun on the rear terrace in the morning and on the wonderful front terrace later. We had no need of the sunblind as we had a number of cloudy days though they were warm. The kitchen facilities are excellent and it is so handy for Mercadona. Good glazing meant no noise heard at night. Perhaps a small table would be handy out the back as it was a bit chilly to sit at the side garden this early in the year. Both of the apartment terraces were very safe for our little one.

The only reason we have given 4 stars was because the pool was so cold and the details did say it was heated. The pool area is beautifully clean and we were the only ones there when went. I did manage to swim a few times but it was far too cold for our toddler granddaughter. Having said that, there were only positives otherwise.We appreciate the issue with sunbeds at this private community pooland understand why they are locked so not an issue. It was wonderful not having a place overrun with noisy children. Good quality outdoor and indoor seating also gives this apartment the edge oer others. We certainly would be back without question.

Unfortunately the pool water temperature is not within our direct control and we have already recently drawn this issue to the Community's attention. The pool has been recently rebuilt to a very high standard and is much better than most. As we cannot control the temperature ourselves we are now no longer advertising it to be heated rather than disappoint future guests.

High Quality Apartment, with all the facilities and a beautiful view

Myself, my wife and 2 year old son had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. Firstly it has all the facilities you need, a dishwasher is what you want on holiday and the smart TV meant we could play our music and use our netflix subscription when little one was tucked up asleep. The terrace was amazing with a stunning view and, importantly, the bed was super comfortable.

We loved the area of San Eugenio, good restaurants and a nice small beach nearby, and the car-park for the apartment was ideal - I must say I was a bit worried when they gave me a Skoda Yeti at the airport, but it just squeezed underneath (James had warned about height restriction so we were lucky). Fairly quiet in the night which was good, and for me on bike in the mornings, really easy access to the TF-28 road up to Vilaflor and the volcano, I was climbing within 5 mins. So I would call it the perfect base for a road cyclist (good rental nearby @ BikeExperience).

I mentioned to James that the pool was very cold for a child, but my son preferred the small local beach luckily. In fairness it sounds like their may have been a fault with the heating?

We will book again next year I hope.

This apartment is situated in a quiet although very popular location of San Eugenio Bajo (lower) in Playa las Americas. It is the preferred area of San Eugenio as it is closer to the sea and is on the seaward side of the TF1 Motorway. It is close to a major shopping complex, the local harbour where luxurious yachts are moored.

There is the local "Geranium Walk" where you can walk a few miles - in one direction towards Los Cristianos and the other Fanabe. It is truly a memorable walk with beautiful sights along the coastline. This includes the amazing sand sculptures maintained daily by their creators, rocks, high waves breaking on the headlands etc. One is always close to small shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. There is an abundance of shops selling spirits and wine at very low prices and of course clothes and electronic goods. There is great value to be obtained for table linen. The "looky looky" men selling their fake designer handbags, watches and sunglasses are ever present along this walk.

One can engage in all types of water sports, ballooning and power gliding etc. within a few minutes walk away.

It is a place full of life!!
