About the property

This 3 bedroom front line apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing and enjoyable golf getaway. Situated in Rojales, 25 mins drive from Alicante airport, this apartment overlooks La Marquesa golf course and is barely 10 minute walk to surrounding restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars. You are also only 5 minutes drive from neighbouring Quesada, Rojales and Benijofar. Other golf courses within 20 mins drive include La Finca, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamor.

The apartment is fully equipped with all you need and would expect for a self catering break away. There is one travel cot and a buggy for use with babies/ toddlers.

The blue flag sandy beach at Guadamar is a 10 minute drive with a lovely promenade full of restaurants and bars to choose from. Other local activities include small water park, water sports, bowls, horse riding, go-karting and crazy golf.

Why Holly Davis chose Torrevieja Area

My husband Jon is a keen golfer which is partly why we chose this location. Child friendly, near to the beach and local water parks aswell as close by to several golf courses for us all to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants, shops, markets in and around the area aswell as use of the pool when it gets too hot to do anything else!

What makes this apartment unique

The neighboring properties are a mix of residents and holiday homes, all very friendly and its lovely to see the same friendly faces year on year. Even the children have made friends who revisit each year, both owners and none owners who return with their families. Similarly if you like to keep yourself to yourself, this is very much respected and you are left alone to enjoy some peace!

Location

There are a range of sports facilities in Quesada including pool, snooker, bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are colourful bustling street markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly selling Spanish goods including leather goods and local produce. La Marquesa golf course is within walking distance as is the club house. Only 15 minutes drive away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja. They have National Park status and are famous for their pink Flamingos and wildlife.

There is a spa hotel nearby for those who like a bit of pampering and for those who like to sit and watch the world go by there are numerous cafes, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 5 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants and bars. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away, as is the resort of La Manga.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

What a great find!

Just returned from a great holiday, staying in this accommodation (June 2017). Our party included 3 adults, a 4 year old and 1 year old. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything you'd need (and more), including wifi, air con in all rooms, hairdryer, travel highchair and buggy to name but a few. The third bedroom is accessed via the roof terrace which was ideal for us as the third adult had their own space (equipped with their own fridge and en suite).

We had to make contact with the owner on one occasion who was a pleasure to deal with and resolved our query straight away.

The apartment is in a great location - 2 minute walk to the very clean and pretty pool, 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and supermarket and has lovely views of the golf course and hills. Rather than rent a car from the airport, we booked a taxi from the airport for door to door convenience which was much more relaxing. We hired a car from a rental co. Aqua Car, near the golf course in Rojales, their customer service is excellent, prices very reasonable, no hidden nasties, and speak fluent English. The car was our run-around and the beach is only a 15 minute lesiurely drive through the winding lanes and lemon groves into Guardemar Del Segura. The apartment and area has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Highy recommended!

Excellent

I stay in this area every year and this is the first time I've rented an apt as we usually stay with family and friends but as we had 2 adult and 4 kids this was the better option for us. The place was clean had wifi and air con which is a must in July! We had a very enjoyable stay! U do need a car to get around but there are some lovely restaurants and bars 10 min walk away! Thanks very much for a easy booking!

Peaceful holiday

Had a lovely 2 weeks holiday at this apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great and quiet. Pauline was very helpful when we had a long delay from Gatwick leaving us milk, bread etc. Would go again.

Really nice accomodation with a lovely view!

Well maintained property with all the facilities you needed, really comfy beds! Great customer service. Property was spotless when we arrived. Loved the view of the golf course and sitting out on the balcony. Pool just a couple of minutes walk away is lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends and visit again.
