Located in a park with lawn, swimming pool, fountain and ancient chapel, in the shade of large oaks, it can preserve complete privacy and is ideal for a family who want a peaceful environment. Park closed by an entrance with automatic gate with videophone for peace of mind. The villa is completely renovated in a harmonious marriage between the old and the modern. Large terraces and floors basalt stones around the pool. The pool 9mx5m h1.40m creates continuity with the sea thanks to its views of the bay. The Swimming pool is NOT heated. Outdoor shower for the pool, deck chairs and garden furniture. Shaded terrace for outdoor dining with barbecue and sink.
Large living-dining room of 75m2 with large windows overlooking the sea and a terrace shaded by a wisteria-kitchen with barbecue. From every room in the house you can see the sea. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker, American fridge. Laundry washer and dryer.
4 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower 120 / 140x80cm):
1 bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with bathroom and bed 160x200cm, and 1 master bedroom with bed160x200cm and with a private bathroom with bath, shower and safe (stronbox). Each room has SmartTV with internet connection and the view of the Bay of Cavalaire. Living with large flat-screen TV, fireplace and stereo. Wi-fi in every room of the house. Villa fully air-conditioned. The back porch for cars and ample parking guests.

Possibility of short and long stays. Maximum 8 persona. Minimum 6 nights. Arrivals are on Saturday afternoon after 16:30 and departures on Saturdays morning before 9:30 am. The cleaning of the house on departure included in the rental price.
Sheets and household linen included in the rental price. Cleaning lady available on request during the week. Gardener for cleaning and maintenance of the garden and the pool very discreet and reserved (included in rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden for them to enter the pool to avoid damaging the pool motors.

The house and gardens were absolutely lovely and the view over Cavalaire sur Mer towards the sea was stunning! We enjoyed playing 'petanque', swimming and relaxing by the pool. We cooked most evenings and it was warm enough to sit outside and eat on the spacious patio. There are lovely beaches no more than 25 mins drive, many vignorons selling great rose wine and a wonderful Carrefour which has every ingredient you could possibly need. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to provide separate towels for the pool.

My wife and I stayed here for a wonderfully relaxing week in autumn 2019. The villa is private, spacious, elegant, quiet and luxurious - and that view is truly exceptional. The pool is a great size too. You could use the property as a base for exploring the region, or stock up on food and decamp there for your entire trip to really make the most of it. Werner is a perfect host and everything from booking to checkout was easy. Overall, highly recommended. We’d love to return.

Fantastic villa with amazing sea views

My husband and I and our 2 children had a fantastic stay at this villa. It is situated on a hilltop with magnificent views over the bay of Cavalaire Sur Mer. The villa itself is very modern and has everything that you could need. Werner was a wonderful host and very quickly responded to our needs. You would need a car when staying at this villa but I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Gorgeous hillside villa

The villa itself was stunning with gorgeous views and a private location - a perfect getaway from a busy London. The town of Cavalaire is 2.5km down a fairly steep hill however and a shuttle bus that runs 2/3 of the way up the hill stops running at 6pm (leaving town). There is a later bus (finishes running at 11pm), but it only goes 1/3 of the way up the hill. Not a problem if you have a dedicated driver, but if you have a party of adults and want to spend the evening in town, it is a trek up the hill at the end of the day. We did find a couple of taxi numbers at the end of our stay but didn't try any out but did leave the flyers in the villa for following guests. The beds were a little hard and creaked loudly, and could do with extra pillows for ideal UK comfort - more than one pillow per person for me at least! :) There were no beach/pool towels provided, only bathroom ones, just for awareness. There is no air conditioning in the fourth bedroom (twin) but it is north facing so a bit cooler than the rest of the house. Air conditioning in the remainder of the villa worked brilliantly. The kitchen was well equipped and a nice welcome bottle of wine and water greeted us on arrival. Cavalaire was a busy beach town with plenty of restaurants to choose from for an evening meal For more Provencal type feel, Cogolin was beautiful and a definite recommend for a visit. We had a great stay for our two week visit, with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Thank you Werner for your quick replies to my various questions, and for providing such a lovely villa and location.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage ein Traum. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind unvergesslich für uns. Aber auch bei Regen ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Ort wunderbar. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig und die Stille lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Werner war problemlos, es hat alles super geklappt. Lieber Werner, nochmals vielen Dank für das Besorgen des Duschstuhles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

I received this house from my father and I decided to rent it to share a place so beautiful and peaceful with people who want to relax. Not having much time to use it I want to share it and not leave it empty and waste a place so romantic.

In addition to spectacular views of the bay, the strong point of this villa is the tranquility and the nature that surrounds it. The proximity to St. Tropez can be isolated in their own relaxation and reach the best restaurants and entertainment for the evening very easily.
