This bright tastefully furnished modern one bedroom ground floor apartment with open American style fully fitted kitchen has direct uninterrupted sea views and is within meters of the beach and the private gardens. Situated in a small beachside urbanisation between Torrox costa and Nerja. A perfect place to enjoy the beach and all the convenience of local shops and Chirringuitas all within close walking distance.There is good disability access from the street and a lift to the underground private secure parking,as well as to the shared roof terrace with panoramic views of the coast and mountains.Ideal for a couple or single person wanting an uncomplicated place to stay. There is a bus route close by for Nerja or Malaga so a car is not necessary, and the local street market in Torrox every Monday is within walking distance. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful coastline and the glorious weather of the Costa del Sol.A dog is always welcome, but be aware tjhat dogs are not allowed on the beach during certain months of the year

The most important benefit is the the easy access to the beach. The former balcony has been replaced with large sliding windows which make the apartment very bright, there are exterior shutters for extra security. The apartment is is a good secure apartment building with a barred entrance then courtyard before reaching the main doors.

The resort of torrox within walking distance is well located for all food stores including Aldi , Super Sol and Eroski city..meters from the apartment there is a small well equipped Coviran convenience store.Close by are numerous wonderful beachside chiringuitos as well as a highly recommended indian restaurant, and home made pizza restaurant which do an excellent take out service.

Unfortunately we do no allow children. Very good disabled access from the street to the apartment . There is private secure underground parking , with internal stair and lift access to the ground floor. lift access to the roof terrace with panoramic views of the coast and mountains.
