This studio apartment provides a gracious first floor loft space in the VERY centre of Brighton - just inside Kemptown, only a street away from the seaside, two minutes from the Brighton Pier, the Lanes, & the Pavilion.

Furnished in an eclectic retro style, wherever you look, you will lay your eyes upon something either playful or beautiful.

You have to have a sense of style as well as humour to enjoy this flat, but it provides everything you need for your visit to Brighton - full, albeit compact kitchen, double bed, shower room and ideal location.

This is your retreat for a holiday in Kemptown - and Brighton. A hideaway from which to explore the Lanes, the Pavilion and The Pier - and all the fabulous restaurants that Brighton has to offer. PARKING: We encourage all our guests to come to Brighton via Public Transport: However, Street Parking is available nearby and the rates are pretty cheap. We didn't see it.

We followed instructions to get the keys from the key safe. It was very tricky to open it. The taxi driver managed to release it in the end. We went to the property as instructed. The keys would not fit the door.and we could not get in. We rang another flat number and someone buzzed us in. The key did not fit the flat We tried several times to phone the contact number but got no reply. We looked it up on the internet and eventually got a number which was answered. The lady said PTG was the management Company and cut us off. We didn't know what else to do so we left the keys in a leaflet receptacle inside the front door. We had no option but to return home. This experience was awful. We are two elderly ladies who had our short break ruined. I would like a full refund. I emailed the owner but have had no reply.

We really enjoyed our stay in Studio Loft Apartment in Kemptown.

The property was very comfortable providing all we needed for our four night stay in Brighton.

We were so close to all we had planned to see of interest including the Pavillion the Lanes and the seafront.

The property is quirky which added to our very enjoyable stay .

We did find it difficult to tune in the tv without a remote control or booklet to give us instructions. We had to press buttons on the side.

The grill pan in the oven had not been cleaned.

These are only minor but I thought may be helpful to you

We would certainly recommend your lovely apartment and it helped to make our stay in Brighton very special.

Great apartment, although scaffolding and construction outside window

the apartment inside was great, clean and tidy and furnished beautifully. the only problem was that there was scaffolding up on the building right outside the window which i was not told about before my arrival, and meant we had to have the curtains closed all the time. the noise was minimal for most of the weekend apart from 8am monday morning from which i was rudely awakened by loud hammering.

i would still definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends, as it was a lovely apartment and perfect distance from town.

Owner's Response: Oh, I am so sorry about the scaffolding and the noise. It went up after the cleaners had been there and no one informed the owners that it was going to happen! In the end, it was a good purpose, in that they were refurbishing the outside of the building, but what a shame that we could no have warned you! a very clean apartment in an ideal situation.

Bigger than expected. Very conveniently situated for bats and shops. No BBC channels on TV. Strange there are of forks and spoons but only two knives. We would happily stay in the flat again.

Kemptown - the gayest part of Brighton! But where the Kemptown Atelier is located, although surrounded by nightlife, is closer than close to the sea and the famous Brighton Pier - as well as the beautiful Pavilion.

Naturally, I expect my guests to respect the Flower shop downstairs and to adore the flat and to leave it in the condition they found it: Your Deposit is a Damage Deposit and includes extra cleaning costs. Please: Do your washing and put everything away. Empty your goodies from the fridge and take your recycling and rubbish to the bins outside. Leave the apartment tidy, so my staff, Andy and Debs, do not complain about you!
That's all I ask.
