Fantastic stay great location++++++
Hi Robert glad everything was good for you. I did come over to see you but i obviously missed you.
Property is of a very nice standard, great for a weekend away, but the bed could do with replacing.
Adequate for our needs
The studio had everything we needed for our 6 day stay and it was a great place to use as a touring base. The bread, jam and butter left in the fridge was a nice touch.
Too many dusty red glass ornaments and unnecessary cushions for my liking and there were enough settings in the kitchen for 8 people.
The slat bed was too low, was not comfortable and smelt of deodorising chemicals.
The shower pressure was very poor and the water was either boiling or Luke warm. The shower didn’t have a curtain.
Movement in the flat above can be heard through the night.
Hi Diane thank you for your review. I will take on board your comments
Well equipped with all you require for a short break or even a longer stay.
The bread, milk and marmalade was a great touch to make the first morning very easy. Only the mattress on the bed was not to my liking, but that is just a personal taste thing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Great Base to visit Stirlingshire and beyond.
Cozy and welcoming
Alva is a great location for those visiting the area and wish to see more of Scotland. Jay was very helpful and the groceries in the fridge to get us started were much appreciated. The apartment is a perfect fit for two people and makes you feel right at home.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Im happy you enjoyed your stay.
