What makes this cottage unique

The views from this cottage are breathtaking.

Lying in bed and looking out at the ocean is like looking at an ever changing oil painting.

Set in one of the most unspoilt corners of Cornwall it is surrounded by history.

It is a place where you feel how much stronger nature is then man.

At night the stars shine bright, by day the bird life fills the skies.

It is truly one of the most magical and energetically restorative places I have ever experienced.

Perfect in every way

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is situated in a stunning location. To awake every morning and pull the curtains to the ever changing sight of the Atlantic Ocean is pure bliss. Then down the stairs to the cosy, AGA heated kitchen and continue to look out to sea whilst eating breakfast.

Alovely , lovely cottage, would that |I could stay there for ever.

Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Authentic rustic cottage in Poldark Country. Exactly as described with a wonderful sea view from the Bedroom window.

The property was clean and and well equipped, the Aga was a real bonus.

I would recommend this cottage if you like coastal walks and quiet unspoilt countryside.

There is a local shop and pub within walking distance. The Meadhouse was a real treat, and very reasonable.

Looking forward to going back next year in the summer.

Beautiful cottage by the sea

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the historical Geevor Tin Mine site. Perfectly positioned to explore the beauty of the Penwith coast and its many coastal path walks and surrounding historical towns and villages - and of course the incredible Minack Theatre. We enjoyed good pub food in many of the local pubs.

The AGA was the most amazing and comforting part of the cottage. So wonderful to come down to its warmth every morning and again at the end of the day - virtually instant boiling the kettle!

Our only hesitation in giving this near perfect cottage 5 stars is that as international travellers it is not convenient to have to bring our own towels. I would recommend this cottage to my family and friends in Australia who love to travel - but I know this one small thing would be a big negative.

Helen is easy to communicate with and the cottage was exactly as described - we did come equipped with towels!

Would definitely love to revisit sometime in the future.

Owner's Response: Hi Kylie, many thanks for your useful feedback.. I am happy to keep towels there for International travellers, that is a good idea, I would just need to add a laundry charge to that. I am so glad that you enjoyed it there. With best wishes Helen
