'Luxury Valley' is an exclusive and avant-garde villa just built in April 2014, located at the Son Fe Valley at just 3km from the sea and at 7 km. from Pollença and 4 km. from Alcudia Old Town. It's a contemporary air-conditioned house in wonderful gardens with a fantastic pool and terrace with lovely mountain views.
This lovely house has 5 Bedroom. Each of them has been designed with a lot of charme and individually and each of them has a Bathroom en suite, views to the garden and access to the swimming pool. The main Bedroom has a four-posted-bed, a private terrace and a bathroom en suite with jacuzzi. The other bedrooms (Grey, White Wood, Persian and White Queen) has also been design carefully. All of them are double and we have 2 individual beds, so the property can be available for 12 people.
The main living space is hugely impressive with floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall, oversize sofas, a flat-screen plasma TV with SAT TV, WIFI zone, and a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is in white marble with high-spec appliances including a dishwasher and an American-style fridge-freezer. All this area is just impressive and totally new, looking to the porch, terrace and swimming pool. Next to the kitchen we will find the 6th bathroom
All the house is full of light and sunny space with hotel-style design and luxury in every detail. It's also largely accessible to wheelchairs - with a lovely double bedroom and walk-in shower bathroom on the ground floor.
The glamour, luxury and space continues in the gardens - with a long swimming pool surrounded cooled by sea breezes. There are lawns too and trees, a barbecue and a table-tennis table.
The covered terrace is a fabulous space with an outdoor oversize sofas corner, and dining chairs around a long table, and all shaded. The gardens are very family-friendly and the pool area is very private with open views across fields and trees and looking to the Valley of Son Fe.
Finca 'Luxury Valley' is a wonderful villa ideal for large groups, at just 4 km. from the sea and the sandy white beach of Playa de Alcudia, the longest sand beach in all Mallorca. It's also just a few minutes' drive to more beaches, shops and restaurants in Puerto Pollença, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia.
This Villa has been built during 2014 and it will be in rent starting on May 2014.
We had a great stay at this villa.
We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. It was very spacious and looks as good as it does on the photos if not better.
This villa sleeps 10 comfortably and there is a baby folding cot.
Todo arranged a meeting point and took us to the villa where we paid the remaining 80% after we found the place satisfactory.
We enjoyed the big swimming pool which was 23C throughout our stay, lit up at night and very clean.
The nearby town of Polenca is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants. The local restaurant does a good paella but closes at 19.00.
The villa was close to some beautiful beaches and the sea was still warm in october.
A nice surprise was the cleaning of our bathrooms and changing all the towels halfway through our stay.
The views from the villa were superb, you can even see the sea through the kitchen window.
The only thing missing was some kind of house book, with info on the house eg where to take the rubbish, some tourist attraction leaflets, emergency doctor telephone numbers.
Todo did gave us a map of the local area and told us about shops , markets and beaches.
We would recommend this holiday to our friends.
There are some good walks in the area and the mountains are beautiful but roads very bendy and hairy at times, this gives you the most superb views.

The magnificent luxury villa is just 3 kilometers from the beautiful Alcúdia beach and 4 Navy Port d'Alcudia.
Port d'Alcudia is a small fishing harbor, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life at the beach. The boardwalk has won several competitions in architecture and urbanism and is the perfect place to walk with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts" traditional fishing boats setting, and the modern marina Alcudiamar.
On the other hand, there also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And facing the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all services: bars, boat rental and sailing courses and a water park.
But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not alone. Nearby you will find nearly twenty: sand, pebble, rock, accessible only by sea songs. Among the intimate beaches stands Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true marvel of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks.
Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, old watchtower at the highest point of the town. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.
But if there is an unmissable event for lovers of nature, is S'Albufereta and S'Albufera, two of the largest wetlands, relevant ecological value of the Balearic Islands, with significant plant and animal species.
Also very close to the house is the old town of Alcudia, only 4 kilometers away, whose name combines the Arabic and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has his back to the rural Majorca, feet the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcúdia east. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra and the sandy coves of the Bay of Alcudia between the north wind, the sea and inland.
Alcudia boasts an important historical heritage and the essence of Mediterranean life, where everything happens slowly, where everything is savored and enjoyed. Within its medieval walls (which began to be built in 1300) is Sa Plaza: the meeting place of the "alcudiencs" place of passage, the meeting point. All around are bars, restaurants and terraces to enjoy the best cuisine of the island.
In either direction from the square winding streets in several directions will lead you to beautiful monuments like the gates of Xara and Sant Sebastia, the Church of Sant Jaume, opposite which lies the city of Rome Pollentia and a little beyond the Roman theater, a 'rara avis' because instead of being built, is dug into the rock.
A row of orange mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and Main Street. These streets are home to small jewelery shops, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, many of those housed in large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares establishments. Alcúdia is one of those places worth lost in its streets to discover around every corner a new place with charm, a new feel.
Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the city is accelerated with the market. Farmers, traders, artisans and artists paint color the villa and bustle of the people around you feel inside and outside the medieval walls.
Aucanada Golf Course is also just 6 kilometers away from the property. It is one of the leading golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.
