Ground Floor: 90m²,

It consists of entrance porch, large spacious Living room 50m², with open fire Kitchen/Conservatory, Toilet/Utility Room.

1st Floor: 80m²,

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2: Large bedroom consisting of double bed, set of bunk-beds double wardrobe and access to the balcony. Bedroom 3: Set of bunk beds and built-in wardrobe, Bedroom 4: Double bed and wardrobe.

In addition, there is 2 extra folding single beds, 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs.

Garden:

Front garden with decking and seating area. Large back garden with two patio areas, trampoline, swings/slides, basketball net and BBQ area.

There is an independent apartment in the basement of the property which may be occupied by owner or caretaker.

Montricoux is an idyllic medieval village with its surrounding hills and valleys set at the mouth of the Aveyron Gorge with the Aveyron River flowing through it. This sets the scene for ramblers, cyclists and attracts market goers in this beautiful non-commercial part of the Midi-Pyrennes. Montricoux has its own Chateau and its Keep dates back to the 11th century. The Chateau houses the Marcel-Lenoir Art Gallery and hosts many festivals throughout the year. The village church dates back to the 17th century.

This village has a grocery shop (06:00 to 19:30 hrs) Boulangerie, Butcher, 3 Restaurants, Bar, Post Office, ATM, Pharmacy, Medical Centre, Hairdressers, Hardware, and Village Market every Friday. Two large supermarkets 5 minutes away.

Très bonne location pour famille ou groupe d'amis

De l'espace, du calme, des équipements qui permettent un séjour très agréable. Une supérette toute proche accessible à pied. Pas de télévision mais un grand écran avec beaucoup de D.V.D. et sur lequel on peut brancher son ordinateur portable personnel que vous pouvez donc apporter. Il y aussi à disposition des livres (surtout anglais) et des jeux de société. Les grandes tables sous la véranda et à l'extérieur sont aussi trés agréables pour prendre ses repas. Il y a aussi machines à laver et à sécher le linge. Les propriétaires nous avaient laissé un panier d'accueil, du gel douche et on avait le droit de cueillir les fruits. Si je retourne dans cette région et que j'ai besoin de 4 chambres, je leur demanderai certainement si leur location est disponible.
