Inland Harbour is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, only .5 miles to Harbour Town with its signature lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and playground. Harbourtown Links Golf Course and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, home of the Heritage Golf PGA tournament and Stan Smith Tennis Academy, are located there.

Beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club, open to our guests, is easily accessed by walking, bike, trolley or auto. The Sea Pines Center with shops, restaurants, bike rentals and trolley stop is across the street. Kitchen and baths are newly remodeled for 2017. Private Master Suite takes the entire second floor featuring a King size bed, a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and bathroom with skylighted walk in glass shower and dual vanities. The main floor bedroom with a California Swing King bed has a private entrance to bathroom with tub/shower combination. Dramatic view is of the the 12th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course and lagoon. High Speed Internet Access with wireless router are availible free of charge and connect to 2 'smart' tv's.

What sets this villa apart from the rest is it's dramatic view of the Heron Point Golf Course and the lagoon. Some of our guests say they have enjoyed fishing off the deck. There is good viewing of birds, turtles, and other wild life. The golfers that pass by can be good entertainment as well! The villa is spacious for two bedrooms, 1600 sq. ft. There is room for extra guests on the sleeper sofa in the loft area of the master suite that can be completely closed off for privacy. There are king beds in both the bedrooms that are on seperate floors that make a good set up for two couples. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equiped for everything from a quick snack before the beach or golf, to a gourmet meal in your own private dinning room with entertaining and beautiful view. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the villa for your convenience. On site tennis courts and pool are private for the use of Inland Harbour owners and guests.

Inland Harbour is in a wonderful location with easy access to all the fine amenities of the gated community of Sea Pines Plantation. The Sea Pines Beach Club is about a mile from the condo and Harbour Town is about one half mile. The network of bicycle trails is superb and our favorite way of getting around the plantation. South Beach with it's Salty Dog is one of our regular destinations. Sea Pines Racquet Club is easy walking distance. There are four golf courses inside the plantation-Harbour Town Links, Heron Point, Ocean Course, and private Club Course.

Nearby Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah are easy and enjoyable day trips.

About Debra Dickensheets

I am a native of Beaufort County and am very knowledgable about the lowcountry. Our primary residence is currently in the Atlanta area where my husband and I live and work.In this photo we just 'putted out' with our daughter the 9th green of the Heron Point Golf Course in Sea Pines, one of our favorite places to play golf. Hilton Head is a very special place for us since we met and were married on the island 35 short years ago.

Why Debra Dickensheets chose Sea Pines

We bought our vacation villa at Hilton Head as a second home where we can easily visit family that live near by. We enjoy the natural environment surrounding the area. Easy access to the beach, golf, tennis, biking and many other activities near our villa keep us returning on a regular basis.

What makes this condo unique

There is a dramatic lagoon/golf view from our villa. Deck is enlarged deck for dining and lounging pleasure. Master suite takes up entire second floor. Master bath is newly remodeled for this season featuring sky lighted shower and double sinks with separate water closet. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the villa. Loft with sleeper sofa can function as 3rd bedroom allowing for close proximity of small children if that is desired. It can also be shut off completely for privacy if prefered.

Bedroom on first floor has private entrance to the bath and offers good seperation from the master suite on the second floor. Set up is good for 2 couples. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Kids love the space under the stairs with windows overlooking the lagoon and golf course.

Our week together worked out very well. Your condo was well suited to our space needs. The kids (and adults) could walk, run or bike back and forth easily to Harbour Town and the beach. The space and furnishings were great. What a lovely location you have on the lagoon!

Great location and views!

This is our second time at this villa. It is very comfortable, well equipped with everything we need, and has wonderful views over a lagoon to a golf course. We love Sea Pines with all the amenities and this villa is close to everything. What’s not to love? The owner is also very responsive to any questions.

quiet place and close to the rbc heritage tournament

The property has all that you need for a stay in Hilton Head. The owners are great to work with. They are ridiculously fast in their responses and very helpful. The condo was very comfortable and easy to walk to dining and other amenities. I would strongly recommend this place.

Wonderful Light and Great Location

We loved our stay in Inland Harbour. It's a wonderful location for easy walks to the Beach Club and Harbour Town. The Condo has a charming view of the golf course and a pond with Audubon caliber bird watching every morning. Lots of windows keep the unit bright and cheery. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We highly recommend.
