This comfortable apartment is located on the beach front.

With seating for up to four people, it has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen, all conveniently furnished and equipped, also having terraces; two to level (a perimeter and the other arbor terrace), and a nice roof deck on the ground.

It is direct from the street, which is equipped with shower independent access and a storage room, where you can wash off the sand and let the tools of beach.

The apartment is located in a privileged location, with the beach front and its right corner, the pine forest of Isla Cristina, protected area, where hopefully we would observe the emblematic chameleon.

The surrounding nature is one step, with extensive protected area of ​​dunes, pine forests and marshes.

The beach can be accessed directly, without buildings between the sand and the apartment.

It is a quiet location, with all services nearby (supermarket, shops, etc.) and adjacent to the promenade that runs along the wide sandy beach. It is a long sandy beach, continuous waterfront from Isla Cristina, Urbasur, Islantilla and Lantilla.

Mar, pinho e tranquilidade

A nossa estadia no local apresentado decorreu entre 16 e 30 de agosto de 2015. Iremos repetir em igual período de 2016, o que comprova o nosso grau de satisfação. Motivos relativos à casa:

1- Localização: mesmo junto praia, em local tranquilo no fim da urbanização, à beira de um belo pinhal. Permite desfrutar da vista, som e cheiro do mar, conjuntamente com o aroma do pinho e som das cigarras. Maravilhoso!

2- Cozinha: remodelada e bem equipada, tanto a nível de eletrodomésticos (grandes e pequenos), como de utensílios de cozinhar.

3- Quartos: os colchões são de muito boa qualidade e encontram-se em excelente estado. Muito confortáveis para quem gosta de colchões firmes como nós. Roupa de cama nova.

4- Sala comum: equipada com uma excelente tv e com internet wi-fi de grande rapidez, um pormenor importante para quem tem filhos adolescentes! Mobiliário recente e confortável.

5-Terraços: dois terraços equipados com mesas e cadeiras para as refeições no exterior, o que fizemos sempre! A açoteia, ou terraço mais elevado, oferece um "extra" de 5 estrelas: um grelhador a gás profissional que faz as delícias de quem gosta de cozinhar, como nós, as belíssimas matérias primas da região.

Motivos relativos ao local:

1- Praia: extensão e limpeza do areal, excelente para passear na maré baixa, tranquilidade das águas, ótimas para nadar (embora não sejam completamente transparentes), fins de tarde inesquecíveis, belos por do sol;

2- Na mesma rua, a escassos metros, um supermercado com o básico para o quotidiano e uma peixaria com grande variedade de peixes e mariscos de muito boa qualidade.

2- Proximidade de hipermercado "Mercadona" no centro comercial de Islantilla para compras de maior dimensão ou em Lepe (a cerca de 15 min de carro, um Carrefour).

O que gostaríamos que fosse diferente? Tem pouco a ver com o alojamento, mas com as práticas de limpeza e vigilância das autoridade de Isla Cristina: o pinhal, área protegida, não deveria ter lixo ou ser o "WC" dos cachorros (os seus proprietários deveriam recolher os dejetos)

Por que recomendamos? Para além da nossa experiência e gostos pessoais:

1- descrição e fotos do anúncio não podiam ser mais rigorosas e "sem filtros" em todos os aspetos (localização, instalações);

2- limpeza e a qualidade geral da casa que terá sido reformada recentemente.

3- proprietários diligentes prestando esclarecimentos adicionais; elaboração de um contrato de arrendamento claro; justa relação qualidade/preço.
