We have listened to your comments and upgraded to suit. Wii games machine added, a new cooler box to take to the beach. A big pump for the inflatables is in the cupboard in the hall.

Some of you had requested some net curtains in the two bedrooms.
Well we went a little further and fitted some rather beautiful, sheer, light and airy curtains. We must say that they certainly add a special light touch adding to the already spacious airy feel of the place.
Everything has been touched up a little. A little paint here and there and some extra bits for the kitchen.

A Family of five wth three young boys. Did plan on living in Spain but health issues prevented this and we did want to try to hang on to Apt.
Location, Location. Easy walk to the beach but just far enough away so not too noisy. The terrace is a HUGE plus. The largest on the complex with the sun on it all day. Great to eat outdoors. Safe for children and as it is on a corner it feels private and has lots of space. All rooms lead onto the terrace and this makes it feel big and airy.
We lived in Spain when this was being built and studied the pattern of the sun, looking for the best exposure and we love the private feel being on a corner provides. Easy walk to everything that you need for an easy break. Ground floor with a front entrance and lower terrace, great to load car or bring in shopping.
My husband and I, who are in our fifties, together with my daughter and her husband, stayed in this apartment in late May/early June 09. The apartment faces out onto a very pleasant suburban street in a peaceful area but is within easy walking distance to all amenities. We preferred this apartment to those which faced inwards towards the pool and garden area as it felt more private. We enjoyed relaxing and had a few barbies in the evening on the roomy patio area and felt we were not overlooked at all. The owners had left a large storage box filled with plentiful supplies of beach toys, floats, folding chairs etc which came in very handy.
The lovely sandy beach is a short walk and there are really excellent restaurants around the beach area - we tried several and were never disappointed. An even shorter distance from the apartment are several supermarkets, internet cafe, English bakery etc.
We would highly recommend this roomy apartment - it is, in our opinion, one of the best sited in the complex and the owners are very pleasant and helpful people.
A superbly equipped, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location, with many personal touches that made it more than just another rental. It was lovely and quiet but near to Arenal beach and all the bars, restaurants etc. We loved the large terrace with its plants, & french windows from all the rooms. The secure garage gave us peace of mind and would be a big plus at really busy times. The aircon worked well & was a relief at times! If we come to Javea again I hope we can come to this apartment again. Thank you.
This is one of the most well equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything! Great location too, only a few minutes walk to main arenal beach, restaurants & shops. We would recommend this property & Javea as a great holiday destination for families.
A superb apartment for 2/4 people in a great holiday resort. The owner provides for your needs and more but above all else we liked the central location and large patio which gets the sun from early morning to early evening if you are a sun lover.
Tips for visitors:
To save your legs/driving use the local buses to get around. A bus to the old town allows access to all other bus routes.and lets others take the strain.
The restaurants on the Arenal provide lovely views but boring over priced meals,the same goes for the old port. Take a step back from the seafront and enjoy more authentic local food.
If you like longer walks not to miss are the walks up to San Anton lighthouse, the old town and the mollins, Cap Prim and for the adventurous Grenadilla castle. Montgo is a simple but tiring walk but make sure you have good boots on otherwise give it a miss.
Visit any of the many supermarkets and try the various wines on offer, Los Molinos Reserva was my favourite and around £3 a bottle.
We had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment with our two pre-school children. It is extremely well equipped - there was even charcoal for the BBQ! - which made it much easier with such small children, meaning that we didn't have to bring so much. The enormous, sunny terrace was a real bonus but the whole apartment is spacious with an airy feel.
We would definitely recommend the Golden Beach apartments and both pools were great. We also liked Javea and loved the sandy beach and the apartment is very well situated although you do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach and most of the restaurants.
The owners were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and we would definitely recommend the apartment - particularly for families with young children.
this is a modern fully equiped aprtment. owners very helpfull, my 2 friends & i so enjoyed this place .about a 5/7 min stroll to the gorgouse arenal beach area. very secure in and around the appartment.i recomend the platino bar, great peaple great music, comfy furniture,all the bars & restraunts look good, spanish prebooked taxi pick up, i have used these reguler & never let us down.
From the Apt there is a very easy stroll to the beach. We do it with our three children 9 & under in tow with our beach gear and toys. The beach is very child friendly.
There is an abundance of fine restaurants and cheaper places to eat alike.
Javea is located between Alicante and Valencia.Benidorm is a 45 mins south and Denia is only 9KM away where you can catch many ferries out to the islands and various stops along the coast. There is also a great market here. Not to mention the famous Fallas festival, not to missed in March annually.
Terra Mittica is about a 45 min journey,(very popular theme park).There is also Aqualandia,another great attraction.
A nice train ride is the Lemon Express all the way to Alicante from nearby Gata. The vineyards of the Jalon Valley are nearby for visits and tastings with nice shops and Galleries.Golfing is also an attraction of this and surrounding areas.
The whole area is surrounded with beautiful mountains for touring and even waterfalls
Other Activities: great hiking, hike to the top of Montgo mountain for great vistas.Great choice of restaurants right on the beach.
Golf: Javea Golf Club is a short drive. Please search the internet for it, they have a great website.
