For golf lovers, we are 3 minutes walk from Rio Real course.

Our "home from home" luxury first floor apartment sleeps 4-6 people. A hidden gem in an exclusive area of the Costa del Sol. It has air conditioning for the summer, heating for the winter and is furnished to a high standard. Wander down the terracotta path through the lovely garden to the swimming pool with its beautiful views, children's pool, sun loungers, sun shades, showers, changing rooms and even a book exchange. There is secure private underground parking with remote control access. The apartment is only 3 minutes drive away from Rio beach with the Trocadero bar and restaurant and from here there is a lovely walk along the beach to Marbella Port and Old Town Marbella. Puerto Banus with its expensive yachts and celebrities is a 10 minute drive away and it takes 40 minutes to drive to Malaga airport . La Canadas is 5 minutes drive and is a large shopping mall full of fashion, cafés, cinema, Marks and Spencers, Apple and large hypermarket.

For golf lovers, we are 3 minutes walk from Rio Real course with its bar, restaurant and sun terrace. Santa Clara, Marbella Golf and Santa Maria Golf club are all within 10 minutes and there are another 20 others within 30 minutes drive. Days out can be spent exploring white washed towns and villages such as Ronda and Benahavis with its numerous restaurants. A bit further is Gibraltar, the Alhambra palace and even Morocco from the port of Algeciras. For children there are water sports at Elveria, a water park, butterfly farm. Pueblo del Rio has now got its own play area for little ones just a couple of minutes walk away.

The apartment is our second home in Marbella, and is equipped as of linen, towels, beach towels. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, microwave, and central heating. There is underground secure parking and a lift. The quiet swimming pool is a short stroll through the beautiful gardens with full changing rooms and a small library/book exchange.

Long lets: We have found that our apartment is such a good location that we have had several longer lets. It is a great location because we are so close to Marbella and the beaches, but we are 'hidden' in a quiet valley.

We are very flexible on dates and changeover days...although we highlight a week, we don't mind 5 days, but not less....any number of days over 5 is acceptable. We will also do a special rate for longer term lets.

  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
