This stylish Mediterranean villa with breathtaking sea views, mixes old warm charm with a modern touch, and consists of a brilliantly refurbished Trullo, enclosed by an extensive Mediterranean park with beautiful flowers and olive groves.
Located in an enviable position just a few minutes drive from the renowned sandy beaches, known as “Le Maldive”. Just half a mile from the villa is a small dock where you can hire a boat and explore the bays and caves of the picturesque coastline.
The property is surrounded by lush mediterranean vegetation, and has been built in typical local stone within a charming and peaceful environment, where plants and bay trees cover all walls surrounding the property. The elevated position and raised pool terrace make the most of this hilltop setting, in which multi level terraces descend from the top entrance down to the valley.
The stylish swimming pool (65 sq.m, about 2.50 meters deep) sits in the middle of the garden, located in a strategic position from where a stunning panoramic sea view can be enjoyed.
The property consists of the main Trullo, as the core, and 2 annexes, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The main Trullo is finished to a high standard with a well furnished living area with sofa bed and flat screen tv, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room with table for six which has access to the enchanting pergola overlooking the sea. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each one with en-suite bathroom.
The annex on the Trullos lower level has 1 triple bedroom with en-suite, while the second guest apartment (annex building close to the property entrance), consists of a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
