About the property

A spacious 1 bedroom holiday apartment in the popular Villamartin Plaza. This top floor apartment is located on the outside of the Plaza and has a south facing balcony with views towards the golf course clubhouse. The balcony enjoys the sun all day and has a table and 2 chairs from which you can enjoy a meal or a drink. Villamartin plaza boast a beautiful private gated pool within the complex and a private solarium. The apartment offers satellite TV with UK channels, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in main room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and a €50 cleaning fee is payable locally on arrival. A welcome pack containing useful information will be emailed on booking confirmation and you can also find this in the apartment. The plaza itself offers numerous restaurants and bars that cater for all tastes and in peak season provides entertainment. The stunning Villamartin golf course is immediately adjacent and there are 2 other courses within a minutes drive away. Only 5 minutes drive or about a 20 minute walk from the apartment is the modern La Zenia boulevard shopping centre with a huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy the sea and sand there is a choice of blue flagged beaches within 4km and the tourist town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive which has a waterpark open in the high season . There are buses to the local beaches from directly outside the plaza. Alicante airport is 55km away and Murcia airport is only 25 km. There are plenty of car hire companies at the airport or on request we can provide information on airport transfers. This is a lovely part of Spain i am sure you will love the area, we can't wait for our next visit.

Great Plaza Location

We chose this location as we were visiting a friend who lives locally so it was great as all the bars and restaurants are on your door step. Will definitely return

Nice place.

the apartment had the smell of mildew and dampness through out. Bed cloths and towels looked old and tired. You couldn't do self catering as there were no cooking equipment and crockery and the owner did not return our deposit.

Owner's Response: Damage deposit are for anything that has been damage broken etc like a tv that worked perfectly before you rented the apartment. Mildew and damp we are talking southern Spain here not UK before you make lies up in your review please think about what you are saying i don't think i have ever seen property with damp and mildew problems in Southern Spain, it's very sad that you have to behave like this way plus i am sure if everything you said was true the would be more bad feedback from other guests .

villamartin plaza

hotelanlage sehr gut , bis ein " häufchen " 4 tage im treppenhaus lag ! zur wohnung : 1. starker fäkaliengeruch , grund : abwasserentlüftung am fussboden neben waschbecken nur mit deckel abgedeckt , kein fenster oder sonstige entlüftung . tür toilette - schlafzimmer kann von schlafzimmerseite nicht geschlossen werden , da schloss defekt und so der unangenehme geruch direkt ins schlafzimmer gerät . 2.: im bad fällt bei geringer belastung die ablage herab , komplett mit dübel ! 3 . bei einigen lampen sind die glühbirnen defekt sowie die abdeckungen fehlen . 4. : küche : ausser jeden morgen jede menge ameisen im abwaschtuch auch noch 21 küchenmesser aber keine suppenkelle ! inklusive halbes päckchen fischstäbchen im kühlschrank . an kochgeschirr : 1 topf ( 15 cm ) . 1 topf ( 20 cm ) . 1 bratpfanne ( ca 30 cm ) ! und das soll eventuell für 4 personen reichen ? ( wird so auch angeboten ? es sind von den angegebenen mängeln fotos vorhanden . man sollte vor einer weitervermittelung mal dieses überprüfen ! abgesehen davon war der urlaub sehr schön !

Owner's Response: Hi i am very sorry you feel that way, if the was a smell of poo in the stairwell i am sorry but this is outside my apartment the must of been a problem with the drain's but the is one thing i am sure of is it would of been fixed very quickly the Plaza has many nice restaurants and i am sure they wouldn't want this to affect their business. The lock on the door light bulbs etc this would be a matter for the property manager which you should have rang and they would have sorted all these problems out which you obviously didn't because she would have keep me informed about these issues, i didn't even know anyone had a problem. I know a soup ladle is differently a essential i will get this sorted ASAP. Thanks Best regards John
