A contemporary and stylish city centre apartment within walking distance of all the amenities Liverpool has to offer including museums, galleries, restaurants, theatres and fabulous shopping at Liverpool One. The apartment is a in a quiet location 10 minutes walk form the waterfront, Albert Dock and Echo Arena.
The duplex apartment comprises on the lower floor of a bedroom with double bed and good storage facilities and a modern bathroom with shower and sunken bath. On the lower floor there is also a spacious sitting room with two leather sofas a large LCD TV and surround sound DVD/CD system and Wi-Fi. There is also a small study area with desk. On the upper level there is a modern well equipped dining kitchen with patio doors leading onto a large terrace area with seating and BBQ.
There is on street parking outside the apartment building as well as an NCP and Q Park within 100 yards of the apartment. NCP parking charge is 8.50 GBP for 24 hours parking.
I have stayed in a number of apartments and this one was one of the best, both in terms of it being really, really, well equipped and in a great location. Often, apartments don't live up to the descriptions but this one exceeded our expectations.
Peter couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming, assisting us with travel arrangements and suggestions for good restaurants (which were indeed great). The terrace was a bonus for sitting outside with a morning coffee. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter and the apartment for anyone planning to stay in Liverpool.
We stayed at the apartment for 3 months and it is the second time we have stayed there. we would have no hesitation in staying again and would recommend it to others.
You will find a fully equipped apartment in an excellent location, close to everything that you might want for a short or long stay in Liverpool.
Peter is an excellent host, very easy to contact before and during a stay, and nothing is too much trouble for him.
If you want to walk to all the major Liverpool attractions, this is in a great location. Secure, private building with everything you need for your trip.
Great find. Peter was there to welcome us and ensured we were settled, even though we arrived very late. Apartment had all we needed for our weekend away. Couldn't have picked a better location to explore the city and lots of lovely cafes close by. Only thing to think through is potentially pre booking parking to get a better deal.
Overall, this place was great. The location is just a few minutes walk to Liverpool One. The owner, Peter, had great communication and was very friendly and accommodating. I wish that there was a parking spot in the buildings garage reserved for this place. Parking is available at nearby garages or on street, however there is a fairly hefty cost. The only negative I had with the place was the bathroom cleanliness. It is in need of some updates. All in all, it was a great stay and would stay again.
Excellent base for visiting all the sites of Liverpool and it's hinterland.
Peter made us feel very welcome and recommended some good local pubs and restaurants.
The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a very well equipped kitchen for dinners on tge large terrace.

The Beatles Story at the Albert Dock. The Cavern Club on Mathew Street as well as Liverpool Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals. The Echo Arena and Convention/Exhibition Centre is a short walk away along Liverpool's Internationally famous waterfront. The apartment is close to Moorfields Underground Station which gives access to the Merseyrail system. There are frequent trains to the wider region including the golf coast towards Southport, the historic Roman city of Chester, the Lancashire market town of Ormskirk and the beaches and golf courses on the Wirral at Hoylake and West Kirby. Lime Street Station is a 0.5 mile walk for inter-city services. An NCP carpark is 100 metres from the apartment block with a rate of 8.50 GBP for 24 hour parking.
