City centre apartment with large terrace in a quiet yet convenient location

A contemporary and stylish city centre apartment within walking distance of all the amenities Liverpool has to offer including museums, galleries, restaurants, theatres and fabulous shopping at Liverpool One. The apartment is a in a quiet location 10 minutes walk form the waterfront, Albert Dock and Echo Arena.

The duplex apartment comprises on the lower floor of a bedroom with double bed and good storage facilities and a modern bathroom with shower and sunken bath. On the lower floor there is also a spacious sitting room with two leather sofas a large LCD TV and surround sound DVD/CD system and Wi-Fi. There is also a small study area with desk. On the upper level there is a modern well equipped dining kitchen with patio doors leading onto a large terrace area with seating.

There is on street parking outside the apartment building as well as an NCP and Q Park within 100 yards of the apartment. NCP parking charge is 8.50 GBP for 24 hours parking.

Great location, great owner, great place, very well provisioned, sleek and modern.

We couldn't have found a better location. Everything in Liverpool one would want to see was in walking distance. The place for the two of us was roomy, clean and very functional. It was very quiet, tranquil, for an urban setting. Peter took very good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and offered his help throughout our stay. If and when we come back, we would definitely do it again.

Great apartment

Really nice place in super quiet location. No noise from neighbours or traffic - lovely to return to after a busy day (and night!).

Very well equipped - huge TV in lounge, another in the kitchen. Everything we used worked as it ought to. Kitchen also was well equipped - whilst you don't want to find some ones leftovers it's nice to have sugar, salt, etc. there for you.

Peter was great - very helpful. We had an issue over payment (probably our fault!) & it was sorted very professionally.

Would be very happy to stay here again!

Spacious and well appointed apartment in central Liverpool

We spent four nights in this lovely, modern apartment in central Liverpool, just around the corner from the Walker gallery and a short walk into the main shopping precincts. The apartment had everything we needed and features a large living room (pictured) and a well-appointed kitchen, plus a large outdoor deck.

Very happy with our stay

My wife and I are very happy with our stay. Peter was there to great us and show us around; which was a big plus. He stayed available by phone for any questions (although none came up). Wifi access was easy to use and had plenty of speed. Nice work area too if you need to keep up with your office a bit. The apartment has everything you need. We really enjoyed the patio where we could sit outside and enjoy breakfast every day, and relax some later in the afternoon/ evening. The convenience of an express market just around the corner for basic groceries was great. The apartment is well located between the historic dock area and City Center. Just be aware that this unit is on two floors and has steps. The apartment building also has secured access, if that is important to you. We had a brief conversation with neighbors who were on their patio (appeared to be permanent residents). They were very friendly too.

Very modern apartment

We absolutely loved our stay here.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need. The roof terrace is a fantastic bonus on a sunny day.

The apartment is in the perfect spot for everything, with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes and Albert Dock only a 10 minute walk away.

Peter is a great host and leaves you a handy list of recommendations for eating, I just wish we could have stayed longer to try them all.

The next time I go to Liverpool I will definitely be staying at Peters.

Just as shown super place

Peter was so nice and attentive. The apt. was very clean and the bed slept very well. The layout is nice bedroom down stairs with a really nice den with great windows. Upper level has kitchen and a great deck for am coffee. We ordered out one night and throughly enjoyed an evening in. Thank you Peter for a great stay.

The Beatles Story at the Albert Dock. The Cavern Club on Mathew Street as well as Liverpool Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals. The Echo Arena and Convention/Exhibition Centre is a short walk away along Liverpool's Internationally famous waterfront. The apartment is close to Moorfields Underground Station which gives access to the Merseyrail system. There are frequent trains to the wider region including the golf coast towards Southport, the historic Roman city of Chester, the Lancashire market town of Ormskirk and the beaches and golf courses on the Wirral at Hoylake and West Kirby. Lime Street Station is a 0.5 mile walk for inter-city services. An NCP carpark is 100 metres from the apartment block with a rate of 8.50 GBP for 24 hour parking.
