City centre apartment with large terrace in a quiet yet convenient location

A contemporary and stylish city centre apartment within walking distance of all the amenities Liverpool has to offer including museums, galleries, restaurants, theatres and fabulous shopping at Liverpool One. The apartment is a in a quiet location 10 minutes walk form the waterfront, Albert Dock and Echo Arena.

The duplex apartment comprises on the lower floor of a bedroom with double bed and good storage facilities and a modern bathroom with shower and sunken bath. On the lower floor there is also a spacious sitting room with two leather sofas a large LCD TV and surround sound DVD/CD system and Wi-Fi. There is also a small study area with desk. On the upper level there is a modern well equipped dining kitchen with patio doors leading onto a large terrace area with seating.

There is on street parking outside the apartment building as well as an NCP and Q Park within 100 yards of the apartment. NCP parking charge is 8.50 GBP for 24 hours parking.

Just as shown super place

Peter was so nice and attentive. The apt. was very clean and the bed slept very well. The layout is nice bedroom down stairs with a really nice den with great windows. Upper level has kitchen and a great deck for am coffee. We ordered out one night and throughly enjoyed an evening in. Thank you Peter for a great stay.

Comfortable and convenient getaway in Liverpool

We spent 4 nights in this well equipped and comfortable apartment and found it to be a great choice. The location was convenient to the waterfront, lots of great dining choices and the theater that had the shows that brought us to Liverpool. Peter met us at our check in and was very helpful the couple times we needed him. Overall, a great choice and good value.

Perfect Apartment!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cheapside in Liverpool. The location is very central and allowed us to walk to all the sites. The building itself was very quiet. Peter is an extremely gracious and accommodating host, the kitchen was very well appointed with both cooking equipment and dry goods, Peter even provided us with milk for our morning coffee. The apartment is lovely, shower is great and the bed very comfortable. We highly recommend Cheapside.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location

This is a very nice apartment. Centrally located. Close to the major sites.

Peter was very helpful. He helped with planning and met us at the apartment to make sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is well-stocked and very clean. Kitchen has everything you might need (appliances/dishes/pots/pans).

We will stay here again next time we are in Liverpool.

Super apartment

This is a lovely apartment, it has everything you could need and is so well located in the centre of town - there's even a kebab shop on the walk back from the Cavern Club!

Despite being central the property is in a quiet situation and the terrace catches the morning sun, so breakfast after the night before is a pleasure.

Peter is a good host, flexible and understanding; we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in Many Respects

The location put us within walking distance of everything we cared about. The apartment is nicely organized and equipped so everything we needed was there and easy to find. Peter, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. He's anticipated guests' needs and questions with written Q&A, and guides, but goes out of his way to help with those that fall outside the typical. Trouble-free wifi. The rooftop patio was a treat that we gravitated to regardless of weather. I've tried to come up with something critical to lend authenticity to this review, but nothing comes to mind. This rental will remain among the great memories of a great trip.

The Beatles Story at the Albert Dock. The Cavern Club on Mathew Street as well as Liverpool Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals. The Echo Arena and Convention/Exhibition Centre is a short walk away along Liverpool's Internationally famous waterfront. The apartment is close to Moorfields Underground Station which gives access to the Merseyrail system. There are frequent trains to the wider region including the golf coast towards Southport, the historic Roman city of Chester, the Lancashire market town of Ormskirk and the beaches and golf courses on the Wirral at Hoylake and West Kirby. Lime Street Station is a 0.5 mile walk for inter-city services. An NCP carpark is 100 metres from the apartment block with a rate of 8.50 GBP for 24 hour parking.
