Staying at the Nelson means packing your bags in a peaceful, pretty and central district. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate two people. If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place!

This cocoon with a surface area of 32m² (on the ground floor with a few steps to access the corridor), recently renovated, is perfectly equipped to make you enjoy an excellent stay.
You will push the door of the Nelson and discover its warm and contemporary lounge, equipped with a large screen for your favourite programmes and an internet connection.
A little hungry ? Prepare yourself delicious dishes in the open kitchen, nicely decorated with all the equipment you need (oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle...).
Once the sliding door is open, a cosy bed awaits you (with dimensions 140X190 cm).
The shower room with WC is equipped with a shower (with step) and a washing machine.
For your comfort, the apartment has a clothes line as well as an ironing board and iron.

The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le Nelson is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
Le Nelson is located next to the charming place Canclaux where you will find many local shops such as an excellent bakery, a pharmacy, a press, cafes... For a little more nature, a few minutes are enough to access the Chézine. You can walk along this small arm of the Loire River for a stroll, ideal to recharge your batteries. The building is surrounded by alleys and dead-end streets with the quiet charm of a village.
You will also have access to public transport (buses C1,C3,11 and 23) at the "Canclaux" stop. These lines will take you to the heart of Nantes, with stops at "Saint Nicolas" or "Commerce".
From the "Commerce" stop, the train station is 10 min on foot and 5 min by tram.
For the airport, take the dedicated shuttle bus from the train station or from Commerce (about 20 min drive).
If you come by car, a few parking spaces are generally available on the street (free) or in the parking lot at 17 rue de Gigant (paying and not covered).
