Close to Saint-Cloud race course, on the 4th floor with large balcony (12m2) and race course partial view you are in a quiet and safe environement.. All commodities are at less than 500 meters (market, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and you are close to two public transport stations (train : Le val d'Or and Tramway : les Coteaux) to join the Chateau de Versailles or Paris in 20 minutes.

Stade de France and Parc des Princes by public transport in 40 and 30 minutes.

The apartment is very well equipped, it features an open kitchen with bar or it is possible to take meals to 5 persons, 2 bedrooms : one with a king size bed and the other with two beds. 2 bathrooms.

Why SUIRE chose Hauts-de-Seine

Saint-Cloud is a nice and famous little town located in the western suburbs of Paris and close to it.

Saint-cloud hills give nice views on Seine river and Bois de Boulogne you can join by byke.

The appartment is close to the racecourse, quite with direct access to all commodities (market, supermaket, bakery...) at less than 500 meters.

What makes this apartment unique

Quite and safe place with a direct access to Paris and Versailles by public transport (no car needed)

Perfektes Zuhause

Wir haben zu dritt eine knappe Woche verbracht und haben, trotz der Bilder, eine solch tolle Wohnung nicht erwartet. Sie bietet Platz und ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt. Die Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung waren perfekt, um Einkäufe in die Wohnung zu bringen. Ein netter und freundlicher Hausmeister, welcher mit Rat und Tat immer erreichbar war.

Die außergewöhnliche und ruhige Wohnung ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Preis/Leistung top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Un trés bel appartement spacieux, équipé et personnalisé avec goût et soin, trés propre et fonctionnel, situé à proximité de la Gare SNCF Val d'OR - St CLOUD et de toutes les commodités. Literie trés confortable pour des nuits calmes.

Nous y reviendrons sans l'ombre d'une hésitation.

Très bel appartement et propriétaires très accueillants.

L'appartement est très beau, luxueux, confortable, bien équipé, en parfait état, très bien situé.

Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants.

Ces deux facteurs réunis sont des gages d'un séjour pour visiter Paris et la banlieue ouest dans des conditions idéales.

Outstanding Apartment and Location

An outstanding apartment of exceptional charm and practicality. Every detail is created with passion and love, creating a mixture of luxury and modesty. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, even for the professionals. We enjoyed immensely every minute in this kitchen. The family room is very specious with top quality media and positive feeling. The view from the balcony on the racecourse is special. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, of a king size, and the wright firmness. At night the place is unexpectedly quite which gave us the opportunity for the best sleep in a long time. The area in which the apartment is located, St. Claude, is probably one of the best upper medium class (of perhaps even a bit higher) places in Paris. In fact it would be probably very difficult to find the place in such a big city with a feeling of a quite and green town. The nearest city railway station, Le Val d’Or, is only 15-20 minute easy and relaxing walk. The beautiful lively shopping street, Avenue Edouard Valiant in Suresnes, has all the shops necessary and is only a few hundred meters from the apartment. At the end of this street there is also a lovely Hotel/Brasserie with very friendly owners serving you always with a smile. The apartment is highly recommended for any taste.
