This property enjoys a fantastic location within a conservation area in the traditional village of Hartland. With its collection of artisan galleries and workshops the village makes for an interesting place to stay while the four welcoming pubs mean that there is always somewhere to pop in for a relaxing drink or perhaps a delicious homecooked meal. The area immediately surrounding the village has much to offer to holidaymakers including The Milky Way Adventure Park the privately-owned village of Clovelly and Hartland Abbey all situated within five miles of the property. This stylish property has an understated contemporary feeling which is evident as soon as guests walk into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area which has patio doors opening out on the property s garden has comfortable sofa seating a sleek stainless steel wood burner TV and Blu-ray player. The kitchen area which is situated overlooking the lounge is well-equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst a separate utility room houses the washing machine tumble dryer and a WC. The dining area off to one side of the living area has a dining table seating eight making it perfect for every day meals or celebrations alike. A nice addition to the property is a cosy reading room/study which makes a good place to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet or to check emails. Upstairs there are four bedrooms which all have the same relaxing air as the ground-floor accommodation. The first of these is a double room with its own TV and an en-suite shower and WC and there is also a second double room a twin room and a restful single room. The bathroom which is also on the first floor has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property with a lawn area as well as a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is off-road parking for two cars.
