This villa has an excellent position in a small, quiet cul de sac with no passing traffic. It is immediately adjacent to a beautiful landscaped pool area and has lovely views. It is superbly furnished and equipped with air-con and many extras. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 x double and 1 x twin, with ample wardrobe and drawer space.

The attractive lounge offers guests a very comfortable seating area, with TV, providing all the Freeview channels.. The adjacent dining area seats 6. The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with oven/hob/extractor/fridge-freezer/washing machine and microwave etc. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower and vanity unit. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.

There is off road parking and a garden with patio area, directly overlooking the lovely pool area. Steps lead up to the spacious, secluded roof-top solarium which provides an attractive dining and sun-bathing area with table and chairs, pergola, bbq and sun-loungers

Golf: The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's golf courses and there are about 10 courses within a 30 minute drive. If you require further information please contact me for an information sheet.

just come back from a mini break in this fantastic villa. Absolutely everything you could wish for in a holiday home, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Overlooking the pool with lovely terraces. Roughly 15 minute stroll to shops and restaurants, try RAMONES FOR PERFECT STEAK OR THE swan for a huge baguette that you have to share .

Amazing villa! Cannot believe it's only £40(something) per night!!

Beautiful villa, close to the beach and amenities. Clean, fresh towels, lovely balcony and terrace, air conditioning, pool, wifi...I could go on! Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much, Sue. We'll be back! :D

Lovely property

Lovely property in quiet cul-de-sac overlooking well maintained communal pool and garden. Plenty of sun loungers.

Large sun terrace with little shade. There is a pergola covered with thin bamboo slats but this does not provide adequate shade. We asked Sue the owner if there was an umbrella and she said she didn't know where it was. We bought an umbrella but were unable to use it as there are no umbrella bases there.

We did not get a change of bed linen during the 2 weeks despite having asked Sue on our arrival.

We paid €60 for cleaning. Neither the bedspreads or loose covers on settee were clean, they smelt of body odour.

What a pity that these issues that can so easily be rectified put a damper on what would otherwise been a perfect location.

Owner's Response: There is a fully covered terrace downstairs and the pergola upstairs provides a 4m X 3m covered area on the solarium. Having used this system for many years now, without any complaints, even during the hot July/August months, this has proved much more successful by far, than umbrellas and gazebos, against the sun and any breezes. (The umbrella was eventually found on top of a wardrobe! Mostly just for the beach though - there is plenty of shade around the pool area also.) The cleaning charge is for a one off clean at the end of your stay, including all laundry. As explained to this couple,, further cleaning/laundry is available, for an extra charge. Alternatively, the villa is fully equipped with laundry facilities, for people that prefer to do their own. The linen had all been freshly laundered and no problems were reported to me at the time, despite my calling round to check all was ok, when they could have been rectified.

Fantastic villa... Great holiday

We had a great family holiday. Villa clean, tidy and air con, which we needed. Everyday we used the communal swimming pool and had lots of fun. With having a hire car, we visited some of the local area, Torrevieja is a lovely place and would like to visit again sometime. One evening we ate out at a Chinese, up in the local square, it only cost €43.00 for a family of 4 and it was delicious. The local supermarkets are easy to find and service is good and friendly. There are very steep hills for anyone who likes a flat terrain, but most of the time we made good use of our hire car. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will visit again.

The villa is situated in the lovely, very popular area of La Marina, midway between Alicante and Torrevieja, only 20 mins. from the airport and very easily accessible from the main N332. Within just a few minutes drive are the fabulous, clean sandy 'Blue Flag' beaches of the Costa Blanca, stretching for miles. La Marina beaches are backed by a pine forest which provides welcome shade and picnic areas. Along the coast are numerous seaside resorts and other places of interest. The area also offers some of the finest championship golf courses in Europe, all within a short drive. Terramitica Theme Park and Benidorm are approx. a 45 min. drive to the north, whilst La Manga is less than an hour's drive south. Closer to La Marina can be found the seaside resorts of Santa Pola or Guardamar, both not to be missed, or drive inland to explore the numerous villages.
