Our two bedroom apartment is on the Thalassa View Gardens complex in Chlorakas, Paphos. It is a peaceful place yet only a few minutes from the main Paphos tourist area.

The Master bedroom consists of a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, en-suite facilities and a securely fixed electronic safe.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and drawers.

Remote controlled air conditioning/heating is available in both rooms.

The main bathroom is beautifully tiled, with bath and shower facilities, wc, and wash basin. Bathroom 2 also tastefully tiled, provides en-suite facilities to the master bedroom, with walk in shower, wc and vanity unit with wash basin.

The large lounge/diner has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed plus a 2-seater sofa, UK TV channels, DVD player, iPod/MP3 Dock, Wii games console and a computer with free broadband internet access. WiFi is also available. A large dining table with seating for 6 is provided.

Both bedrooms and the living/dining room open out onto a large balcony with panoramic sea views. There is also a table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.

The fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, clothes drier, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen also has its own balcony.

The Thalassa View Gardens complex has a large free-form swimming pool and a separate kiddie’s pool. For those that like pampering, there is also an on-site beauty spa run by a fully qualified, UK trained beauty therapist.

About Mark Turner

Our apartment is jointly owned by father and son David & Mark. Our extended family consists of our wives plus children, grand children and even great grand children.

We both had many individual family holidays in Cyprus before deciding that it was the perfect place to buy a property. David is now retired and Mark is an IT specialist but at whatever stage of life we may be our own visits to the apartment are always a highlight.

Why Mark Turner chose Chloraka

We really felt at home in Paphos where English is widely spoken, and of course the sun shines. We love the Cypriot people who are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help if you have any problems.

Our apartment is located on the edge of the village of Chlorakas which is just a 5-10 minute drive from the main Paphos tourist area. Set up on a ridge overlooking the Mediterranean it benefits from breezes that make the extreme heat of the summer season more bearable. The resort of Coral Bay, with its beautiful beaches is also only a short drive away.

We love the area as it is the best of all worlds. It is in a peaceful and relaxing location but just those 10 minutes will get you into the thick of things with superb restaurants and bars, often with entertainment.

What makes this apartment unique

Having a large family we are very much aware of the needs of all ages and we have therefore tried to make our apartment a real home from home. It is more than a rental property. It is our second home and so we have furnished it to our own high standards and made everything available that we would expect if we lived there permanently ourselves.

There is a computer with free broadband and wifi access. We offer TV services both via satellite and also streamed via the internet to make as many channels available as we can. There is also a DVD player with a great range of DVDs, a Wii games console with a games assortment and an iPod/MP3 docking station.

Outside there is a large freeform swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols plus a kiddies pool and playground. There is also a BBQ area.
