Property placed in front of the Playa de Palma, totally renovated.

Accommodation situated in the best area of ​​world wonders El Arenal, located in front of the beach, with excellent views of the Bay of Palma, Arenal Yacht Club and the beach.

The house has four bedrooms, three doubles, with bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. No lift.

It also has two terraces; The main terrace is spacious with direct beach Palma and the bay. It is equipped with table and chairs to relax during daylight hours and contemplate the Mediterranean Sea at its best or make a romantic dinner with your partner or your friends.

The Arenal Yacht Club is internationally known for the sailing competitions that take place in and is located just two kilometers.

Great apartment!

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week in July. It was very nice. everyting was clean and useful. The contact with the owner was well arranged. The location is great! everyting is near by. and the beach is a cross the street. This apartment is highly recommended!

Kein Ferienhaus sondern eine Ferienwohnung

Angeboten wird ein Ferienhaus, tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Ferienwohnung im 2. OG eines Hauses, mit Gewerberäumen im EG und einer weiteren Wohnung im 1. OG.

Für die Reservierung des vermeintlichen Ferienhauses haben wir eine Anzahlung geleistet.

Im folgenden E-Mail-Verkehr räumt der Anbieter ein, dass es sich nur um eine Ferienwohnung handelt. Aber man solle beruhigt sein, es wäre eine neu renovierte Wohnung mit vier Zimmern, zwei Badezimmern und zwei Terrassen. Dazu folgendes:

Drei von vier Schlafzimmern haben kein Fenster. Das vierte Zimmer hat ein ganz kleines Fenster. Neu renoviert habe ich nur im Treppenhaus gesehen.

Das in der Wohnung befindliche Badezimmer ist äußerst klein und die separate Toilette ist nur vom Hinterhofbalkon begehbar. Der Fußbodenbelag dieses Balkons ist abgenutzt, beschädigt und stellenweise bemoost.

Die Terrasse zum Strand hin, ist soweit in Ordnung. Nach rechts und links sollte man jedoch nicht schauen, sonst ist die schöne Aussicht zum Strand dahin.

Die gesamte Wohnung macht einen kalten, lieblosen, auf "Ballermannniveau" reduzierten Eindruck, in der man sich nicht wohlfühlen kann.

Die Person, die uns vor Ort erwartete, sprach weder englisch, noch deutsch. Obwohl der schriftliche E-Mail-Verkehr zuvor, in englischer Sprache geführt wurde.

Da uns die Wohnung nicht gefallen hat und wir ursprünglich ein Ferienhaus reserviert hatten, haben wir es letztendlich abgelehnt, die Wohnung zu mieten. Das Geld für die Reservierung haben wir nicht zurückerhalten.

summer vacation

We spent in June 2015 long weekend in this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is located in a central location and you can go there by bus directly from the airport.

Especially the incredible view from the large balcony to the beach was every day a special moment.

Thanks again to our landlady for the great support before and during our stay.

We had a great time and next year gladly again.

Everything was perfect
