Our 2 adjacent town houses are conveniently located in a small landscaped development on the edge of the lovely village of Anarita which is just 4 miles from Paphos airport, 10 miles from Paphos town and 10 minutes drive to 3 international golf courses – Elea, Secret Valley and Aphrodites Hills.

The development has a choice of 3 pools and offers mountain views to the north and distant sea views to the south and is just a 5 minute stroll to the heart of the village which has a choice of traditional tavernas/restaurants along with a couple of bars/cafes and a small supermarket.

This holiday home is equipped to a very high standard with 2 bedrooms (both en suite) and a downstairs shower room with WC and hand basin. Fly screens, air conditioning/heating throughout, part covered patio with table and chairs, parasol and BBQ. Balcony off main bedroom.

4mgb wifi internet access along with TV package which has all terrestrial UK channels along with programmes including sports/movies is provided FREE OF CHARGE for your entertainment.

This holiday home is maintained by our resident management team (Ann and Stewart) and has an open plan layout and is south facing overlooking one of the pools.

The lounge area has 2 leather settees and quality solid wood furniture – TV unit, 2 coffee tables, 32” HD TV and modem for wifi internet access.

The dining area has a matching table and 4 chairs.

In the kitchen there are plenty of units with granite work tops , washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, touch sensor halogen hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A wide variety of quality ceramics, glasses, cutlery and utensils ensuring that if you dine at home you have everything you need. Also available is an airer, ironing board and iron.

Marble staircase leads to 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. The en suite shower room has enclosed shower cubicle, WC , hand basin and shaver socket. Across the landing is a double room with twin beds and bedside table, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and hair dryer. The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over with solid bath screen, WC, hand basin and shaver socket. Both bedrooms are supplied with cotton towels and linen and spares of everything should they be required.

OUTSIDE

A raised aspect gives a distant view of the sea with open countryside in between along with a clear view of one of the pools should you have children to keep an eye on.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Whilst there is a bus service to Paphos and onwards we do recommend you hire a car. Past guests have used ''elephant'' who have favourable rates and quality vehicles which you can collect/return at the airport or direct to your holiday home. If you don’t hire a car, airport pick ups/drop offs can be arranged at an additional cost (paid locally).

In addition basic shopping items can be ready for you at a small cost

A Really Relaxing and Wonderful Holiday.

On previous occasions when my wife and I have had holidays in Cyprus we have always stayed in Paphos city, but this time we decided to have a change and after much discussion selected the small but attractive holiday complex of Anarita Chorio. We are very glad indeed that we did this, for our stay there turned out to be by far the best holiday we have ever had in Cyprus. Neil and Lynda’s house was in a group of about a dozen which circled one of the three good sized swimming pools within the complex. The house was not only spotless and more than adequately equipped with all the necessary items such as kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, etc., but its position was extremely convenient from several points of view. It was only a very short stroll from Anarita village which had several restaurants and a small supermarket. Within a ten minute drive however there were more restaurants, an excellent fish & chip shop, and larger very well stocked supermarket. A fifteen minute drive took us to Mandria Beach, which had safe swimming, large sand areas suitable for children, a beach bar, and a large picnic area (with flush toilets!). Paphos was only a 10 mile drive from Anarita Chorio.

We found this house to be ideal in every respect.

Relaxing holidays

We have stayed in this lovely well appointed house 4 times as a family and as a couple.

The house has everything you could want and more comfortable,spacious,peaceful indoors and out with help on site if needed.

The pool area and gardens are beautiful a sun bed is yours ( no saving with towels) whenever!

The village of Anarita is minutes away by foot and has everything you need The handful of restaurants and bars are all you need excellent food and drink!

The local bus will take you to Paphos or Mandria taxi available too we cycled to Mandria, kouklia andTimi

We have hired a car and visited the tourist attractions of the surrounding area Paphos,Troudos water parks

but Anarita offers you a get away from it all relaxing holiday!

I'm sure we will return!!

Wonderful holiday

I have just seen this property through Home Away, we stayed here in 2014. I just had to leave a review. Mr and Mrs Atkinson were so helpful and the house so clean. You would think that no one had ever stayed in it before (not true). The house was just as described, in fact far better. Even a bottle of wine to welcome us. The people on site, who look after the property were very helpful too. We will definitely go there again if we return to Cyprus. I also see that the house next door is available now, that will be fantastic if our extended family go with us.
