The new apartment opened its doors on August 1st, 2015. It has been awarded with 4 stars by the tourism office. This luxurious 3-room apartment offers new and high-quality amenities such as sheets, towels, and linen. It is located in the harbour, in the heart of a city and close to the beaches. The living room has 3 windows overlooking the harbour and the sea. It offers a lot of comfort for 4 people in a beautiful building in Nice. Everything is within walking distance. You can find a fitted open-plan kitchen and extremely good bedding. Bedroom 1 has two 90x200-cm bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a 160 x 200-cm bed. You can find a bathroom, a shower and a toilet. There are many activities and hikes available. Sanary is located between Six Four and Bandol. Please contact me for booking and more information. Everything has been planned for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful villages on the coast, rich in heritage and nature, in the heart of the Var region. We will give you recommendations for walks, visits, activities and restaurants in the area. Toulon HSR railway station, Sanary-sur-Mer local railway station. Airports of Hyères, Marseille and Nice, A57 motorway Toulon.

We have always enjoyed the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var region for its nature, its landscapes, its history and heritage, and the Mediterranean Sea. We come from La Gaude, close to Vence. We bought a family property in Revest les Eaux to get closer to our children. We love the city of Sanary-sur-Mer and we look forward to residing there. That is why we bought this well-located apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

Lined by the Mediterranean Sea, from the Northwest to the Southeast, the lowest altitude of the commune is along its 8 km of beaches. The Northeast side of the commune is lined by the end of Sanary-sur-Mer, and the Gros-Cerveau Mountain, 300 m away from the house. The neighbouring communes of Sanary-sur-Mer are, from the East to the West, Six-Fours-les-Plages, Ollioules, Évenos, Le Beausset, Le Castellet, and Bandol. Sanary-sur-Mer can be accessed by the RD559 departmental road, between Six-Fours-les-Plages and Bandol. The closest A50 motorway exits are exit 13 (after Toulon) and exit 12 (after Marseille). The closest railway station is in Toulon, and the closest airports are located in Marseille and Toulon. The commune is also served by a TER line, and the Ollioules-Sanary station.

La propriété est très jolie, moderne, et propre.

J'ai passe 14 jours a Sanary-sur-mer dans cet bel appartement.

La vue est superbe, exactement comme on voit dans la photo.

Joel et Helene sont très accueillants. Ils m'avaient aide beaucoup

pour m'orienter a Sanary. Une merveilleuse sojourn.

Excellent emplacement. Installation parfaite. Il ne manque qu'une terrasse pour que ce soit idyllique.

De plus, les propriétaires ont toutes les qualités de bons propriétaires: attentionnés, serviables et chaleureux.

Idyllique

J'ai passé un superbe séjour à Sanary. L'appartement est moderne, lumineux, agréable. Se poser à la fenêtre pour le café, prendre le déjeuner à table avec la vue sur le port et la montagne magnifique, et faire une petite sieste confortable avant de se diriger en 10 min à la plage!

Les hôtes Hélène et Joël sont des amours, très à l'écoute, et très bons conseillers sur ce qui est à faire dans le coin.

Sanary, entre son marché, son port, ses plages, ses promenades, son soleil, j'étais conquise!

Un séjour que je n'oublierai pas, et que j'aimerai renouveler.
