Beautiful Spanish villa near Torrevieja’s salt lake - Very healthy environment

There is a small private swimming pool with a cosy terrace at the front of the villa. This terrace leads from the front, passing the side, up till the back side of the house. The front door is situated at the side of the house. The pool area is fitted with a table and comfortable chairs. A barbecue is available on the backside terrace, as well as a patio set and a large wooden dining table with beautiful chairs. According to your wishes, an awning can be opened or closed at any time. The backside terrace has two beautiful planters with automatic irrigation system. The walls of the entire terrace (front, side and back) have blue LED lights: they bring a nice atmosphere during the evenings. From the backside terrace you have direct access to the kitchen.

Opening the front door means stepping into the very spacious living room, fitted with comfortable sofas, a table with chairs, cupboards and a pellet burning stove (for the cooler winter nights). A large flat screen TV with an Astra satellite signal decoder (TV-Vlaanderen amongst the channels) ensures you can enjoy watching television. Thanks to the router you can access internet from anywhere in the house.

Through a little hall you enter the spacious kitchen where everything you could possibly need is provided. This same hall also gives access to a double bedroom and a large bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe.

The marble stairs in the living room give access to a night hall, through which the two other bedrooms, bathrooms and firsts-floor terrace are accessed. One of those bedrooms is a double bedroom as well. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a WC. Both bedrooms have large, built-in cupboards.

The terrace offers a nice view of the surroundings, but via the outside stairs you can go to the solarium: in there you have a beautiful view over the (pink) salt lake of Torrevieja.

What makes this villa unique

The location of this villa is calm, yet very central. The hugely popular and very beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is barely 10 minutes away. You also reach the cosmopolitan city of Torrevieja in less than 15 minutes. Cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Orihuela are less than a half-hour drive away.

Metropolises such as Madrid and Barcelona are easily accessible by, amongst others, high speed trains.

The World Health Organisation rewarded the villa’s region as the healthiest of Europe and even one of the healthiest in the world. This is partially thanks to the micro climate, the salt lakes and the absence of polluting industry.

The beaches are beautiful: they are cleaned every day, while the sea is not polluted by waste waters. As the sea deepens very gradually, beaches are very safe for smaller children. High and low tide don't even exist in here.

The house is situated a mere 10 minutes away from the large and very attractive Zenia Boulevard shopping centre in La Zenia. The cosmopolitan city of Torrevieja, with hundreds of bars and restaurants, is also barely a 10-minute drive away. Torrevieja also has a long promenade with plenty of terraces, and on Fridays it hosts the largest market of the Costa Blanca.

Cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Orihuela and Cartagena are less than a half-hour drive away. High speed trains will get you fast to metropolises like Barcelona and Madrid.
