From the very first day I fell in love with this little jewel, because it is close to a pine forest and the Mediterranean scrubland, and close to a descending flight of steps that goes towards the sea, which gives you the chance to immerge yourself in the unpolluted nature with its colours and scents. Another characteristic is the breeze that crosses the interior of the house, making it extremely fresh and pleasing to live in. It is a piece of paradise where you can spend a serene holiday without giving up the joy and fun.

The dwelling is filled with all the modern commodities and services. It offers many spaces (wide living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) that can be used by many people: families with children or friends wanting to spend their time together, or maybe even cook on the barbecue in the garden (nevertheless, in the house, there is a kitchen with everything needed, good household equipment like: an oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer).
