Rent wonderful property in Marechiaro, at the foot of the Posillipo hill, close to the archaeological remains of the Roman villa of Veio Pollonio.
The property is surrounded by greenery of the private park owned by us, it has a terrace with sea views, private access to the sea and swimming pool. The pool is reserved for our family but access is allowed for all guests of our structures ("VILLA NANÚ one" and "VILLA NANU two"), subject to availability and is available just with an extra fee, outsiders are not allowed. As you can see from the photos the pool is not huge so its use is regulated on the spot as most of our guests are not always present, but perform various excursions to enjoy the attractions that our region offers.
We try to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible in the way, even at the pool, so do not always assure everyone the ability to access it, we prefer a few at a time, but in comfort rather than many and uncomfortable.
One can well understand that this involves a programming job to try to please everyone, so we recommend our guests to ask access to the pool when they decide to enjoy a day with tranquility and relaxation.
The cost is commensurate according to this and to the fact that our pool is sea water and has a very high operating costs. Both for the descent to the sea, including the thick, for use of the pool, for a fee, the bathing season can 'extend beyond November.
A few hundred meters from our cliff there is a marine protected area (submerged Gaiola Park) that can only be accessed by swimming or non-motorized boats (canoes) that you can rent easily in a little distant from the center we.

The terrace above has sunbeds, table and chairs to enjoy the sun, dine, or read in peace.
- An annex that is next to the villa and is composed of a private entrance, kitchenette and a large room with bathroom and shower room.

Private access to the beach which is saddly very dirty. House is well located.
The four of us had a fantastic, relaxing, beautiful time in Eugenio and Anna's villa at Marechiaro. From the moment we booked the property, they were more than helpful with their time. Help with the taxi at Napoli Centrale, a stocked fridge after the journey south from Roma, and help and guidance about the shops and restaurants in the village.
The villa was excellent, more than enough space for the four of us. The grounds were lovely, picturesque and secure. As for the pool, which we shared with Eugenio and Anna's family, it was one of the highlights of our summer holiday this year. Sitting on a cliff top, overlooking the property's access to a private beach, your swimming view looked directly out onto the Isle of Capri - magnificent!
The restaurants in the area were also great. Classy dining experiences, but not too pricey, we enjoyed some great nights al fresco on the restaurant terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples. Our favourite was Al Faretto, whose staff were brilliant.
In terms of shops, there was a steep - and I mean steep - 15 minute walk up to the main supermarket, but the exercise did us the world of good after all the pasta and pizza - and the breakfast torta that the family kindly baked for us on two occasions!!
All in all, a wonderful time, and we would recommend the villa to anyone looking a relaxing stay beside the sea just outside Napoli.

My husband, son and I stayed at this charming location by the sea. It's truly an oasis- quiet and right next to the ocean. The water is refreshing and the location can't be beat if you are staying in or near Naples. the most praise I reserve for the owners, the couple renting the home are sweet and so accommodating. We had a slight car issue and they stepped in immediately to help. We are forever grateful- just a beautiful spot made even more enchanting by the lovely people you meet. Thank you, thank you for our stay.
