Extraordinary Split and Sea View Apartment between Split and Trogir

With its unique charm and temperament and with no additional expenses, this cozy 120 m² apartment on the ground floor has a wonderful view of Split and surrounding islands across the Adriatic Sea. It is located in the very heart of coastal Dalmatia in a magical local place, surrounded with a large private Mediterranean garden and providing you with lots of peace, quiet and privacy

The place is perfectly set for 1-3 families with 3-4 or more children, or for a large group of up to 12 friends

INTERIOR

This spacious accommodation on the ground floor has its own separate entrance -providing you with the complete privacy. It can accommodate up to 12 persons and has 4 separate bedrooms with: 2 double beds (200x180 and 200x160), 4 single beds (200x100) and 4 extra beds, if necessary

There are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, dish washer, gas cooker, coffee maker, stove, electric kettle and a microwave. You also have a separate dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. There is an air-conditioned large living room with a new and comfortable 7-person sofa and 2 ottomans

This extraordinary accommodation provides direct, free and flat rate internet access (WLAN). Brand new digital LED TV has a 102 cm diagonal and can be connected by HDMI cable to USB or portable computer

EXTERIOR

In front of the accommodation there are 4 free private parking spaces available - perfect to park. You can relax on the terrace which is well equipped with a large table, 8 chairs and garden furniture, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a size of 2000 m²

Although located very close to the main road, the property has its own private road which ensures privacy and safety for our guests

PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION TO EXPLORE DALMATIA

Split and Trogir are only 10 and 20 minutes away by a car, while to visit Šibenik you need 1 hour by car

This apartment has a perfect position if you want to visit all pearls of Dalmatia. In the 70 km radius you can visit even 3 UNESCO towns nearby (Split- 10 km, Trogir- 17 km and Sibenik- 61 km). The place is also very close to many other attractive centres in Dalmatia: Čiovo -17km, Omiš 30 km, Makarska- 67 km while to get to the motorway A1 you need just 15km

You also can easily reach Split ferry port which connects you with beautiful and breath-taking nearby islands such as: Hvar, Brac, Vis, Korcula, Solta, Lastovo.....

If you need to go anywhere out of Kastela without using a car, there is a bus station only 5 minutes away and you can easily get anywhere you want. Local bus number 2 is only 400m away and needs just 20 minutes to reach Split. Also, if you use local bus number 37, you would need about 25 minutes to reach Trogir

All of the above, combined with the superb exterior and interior, makes this apartment a perfect place for socializing, lounging or exploration of one of the World's most beautiful Dalmatian coast

The apartment is only 1000 meters from 2 local beaches ( sandy and pebble) and the sea and 1000 meters from the old town center with coffee bars, restaurants, bank, postal office, pharmacy and ambulance. Just 2 kilometers away, or 2 minutes by car you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer- from 7-22h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you want. Marina Kastela and additional big shopping center Interspar are also a few minutes away by car. You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 1000m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices

KAŠTEL SUĆURAC

My beautiful place Kaštel Sućurac is one of the seven „kaštels“ between Trogir and Split. It is the easternmost “kaštel” and the closest to Solin. The town has settled in a rich flatland. The beaches of the Kaštela region connect to form a 6 km log chain of coves and bathing areas, protected by the shade of pine trees and tamaris. This region has attracted guests with its beauty since the ancient Greek seafarers, Roman patricians, Croatian kings and rulers, diligent fruit and vegetable growers and, recently, modern day tourists. In the ancient times, summer homes were built here and many houses built with old material have maintained their decorations, signs and tombstones. The oldest fortress which was refurbished to become a seaside settlement is located in Kaštel Sucurac. It is the ideal destination for all those who desire a peaceful vacation, while the near vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of central Dalmatia, guarantees a wide variety of entertainment and many places for evenings our. While in Kaštel Sucurac, visit Split, Trogir and Makarska

TOWN OF KAŠTELA- RIVIERA OF KAŠTELA

The town of Kaštela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kaštela. It has over 40 000 inhabitants and it is the second largest town in the Split and Dalmatia County. The town It is friendly, romantic, with a rich old history, relaxed, pleasant and enjoyable. It stretches over the length of 17 kilometers. The town is specific because of the fact that it developed around 7 settlements or around castles. Kaštel Sućurac is first of 7 castels from East. The beaches in entire 7 Kaštela are beautiful and diverse. Very beautiful place with breathtaking views!

SPLIT

My place overlooks Split across the Adriatic Sea, which is the largest city in Dalmatia, with an area of 79.33 km ² and 200,000 inhabitants, and the second largest in Croatia. Split, however, does not impress with its size, but overtakes its lively spirit. When you get to know 'Split state of mind', you may believe that this time lighter leaks due calmness of local people and the crowds in the streets, squares and cafes. Split is also one of the oldest cities in the area- it is traditionally considered just over 1,700 years old. The core of Split brings something interesting on every corner; it is filled with culture and sights. Combined with clean sea, beautiful Marijan nature park, lovely bars and cafes, sun that is always shining, Split will be, I am sure.... great experience!

TROGIR

Trogir is just 16 km away from my place and it has 2300 years of continuous urban tradition. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, as well as a fortress on a small island, and in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Trogir is the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex not only in the Adriatic, but in all of Central Europe. Trogir's medieval core, surrounded by walls, comprises a preserved castle and tower and a series of dwellings and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir's grandest building is the church of St. Lawrence, whose main west portal is a masterpiece by Radovan, and the most significant work of the Romanesque-Gothic style in Croatia
