Brand New Spacious Apartment Sleeps up to 6 Adults, 5 mins walk from the Station

Stylish, modern and peaceful accommodation yet still within a few minutes walk of all that the City of York has to offer, sleeps 6 people comfortably with no one having to sleep on a sofa bed.

A much larger than average 2 bedroomed apartment which offers lots of space and an uninterrupted view across the roof tops of York to Cliffords Tower.

The property has 1 king bedroom (ensuite), and 1 twin room with a house shower room and a larger than average living/dining area complete with a fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher. There is a single bed, which extends to a double bed in a separate area off the hallway, this is not a bedroom, ensuring that extra guests have the convenience of not having to sleep in the lounge.

Beds will be made up according to number of guests, 4 guests 1 king & 2 singles, 5 guests 1 king & 3 singles, 6 guests 1 king, 2 singles & 1 extendable bed (2 mattresses). If you require an extra bed making up there will be an additional charge.

The attractions of York are within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

We also have two other slightly smaller apartments within the same building available for holiday rentals, both of these are 2 bedroom/2 bathroom properties and can sleep up to 5 guests.

We have 2 parking spaces available, which are allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you require parking please let us know at the booking stage. Parking cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to a charge of £10 per night.

Great base camp to explore York

The apartment is spacious and on the top floor, so it is bright and airy. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than that to walk along the wall. Despite its proximity to everything, it is on a quiet side street, next to a church and across the street from another.

Keren was an accommodating host, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great rental in good location

Rental was perfect for our stay with our teenage son. Plenty of room and very modern kitchen and bathrooms. Top floor is very private and quiet. Located to many great pubs and restaurants. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Nice TV and wi-fi.

Perfect location. Perfect accommodation.

The apartment is on a lovely building just inside the city wall and only 5-10min walk from the centre. We were on the top floor from where the view was stunning in all directions. Felt immediately connected with the city.

The style was simple modern and unfussy - Ikea style - perfect for our family of five. Bathrooms clean and very nicely appointed. Bedrooms nice too. My daughter liked having the bed on the landing (NB not a stair or thoroughfare as such).

Great having off street secure parking at the back. Even better that I didn't have to drive anywhere because we could walk it all.

Loved the city, loved the apartment. Would recommend both.

Great location, spacious, homely and comfortable.

Very pleased with our stay over the weekend, the place is very close to the centre of York, has a nice view over the city and it is right by part of the city wall. The apartment itself is spacious, well kitted out, furnished to a very good standard, has a nice living space, feels very homely and comfortable. The owner Keren attended to us very well to ensure everything was ok. Will stay here again for sure.

Great apartment would wholeheartedly recommend

On a recent trip to York 8 of us stayed in number 9 Priory House for two nights and could not have been any happier.

Keren was extremely helpful from enquiry to check in, helping us accommodate for additional guests as well as offering advice on where to eat.

The apartment was extremely spacious with plenty of room for us all and with all the mod cons that you want for a weekend (or even longer) away. All of the fixtures, fittings and decor were well presented and the accommodation was genuinely a pleasure to stay in... leaving for sight seeing was almost a shame.

Each bed, whether it be the king in the main to the sofa bed or the pull out in the annex were comfortable and there was enough hot water for showers all round.

The apartment building was beautiful and the lift was a handy extra for cases and bags.

The biggest surprise was how much of York you could see. The walls were less than 100 meters away and as the apartment was at the top of the building panoramic views were a plenty from the sash and velux windows.

It genuinely is a five minute walk from the station and also a really quick jaunt, across the bridge, into the town center. There is one parking space allocated, which is super handy, but for any other cars there is a large car park just around the corner.

I really can't speak more highly of Keren and her property, it really was the cherry on the cake of a relaxing weekend celebrating in York.

Excellent Location and Host Extremely Helpful

I stayed at Keren's place in York with my family visiting from the States. She was extremely helpful when checking in and out. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city. One of the best things about the apartment is the views of the city from the windows since it is on the top floor. It is also a large flat so you have plently of space to put your stuff.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting York.

Car: not necessary

The property is located with the City Walls, a few minutes walk from the Railway Station and easily accessible by road.

Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the front door of the building, but with the added advantage of being in a residential area so peaceful and quiet
