Spacious and contemporary accommodation on three floors, with open plan living area consisting of modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with plasma screen TV and patio doors opening onto balcony overlooking courtyard garden with views across to the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony has a further table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The three double bedrooms are served by two newly fitted bathrooms and the spacious ground floor bedroom opens onto its own garden courtyard area with barbeque. The second bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto its own balcony enjoying the sun and looking out toward the Atlantic Ocean.
The property has free Wi Fi and a washing machine to cater for your personal needs.

We love our ‘home from home’ in the charming village of Praia Da Luz in the sunny Western Algarve, close to the historic town of Lagos. The house is only a short walk from the beach and is situated in a central location close to bars, restaurants and local supermarket. There really is something for everyone here and once you reach the resort, (approximately an hour from Faro) no car is required as everything is within easy reach.
Benefits of the property include, recent refurbishment including new kitchen and bathrooms, free wifi, television, close proximity to amenities, 100 metres from the beach, plus balcony with sea view and courtyard garden with BBQ.
We are a family of four and we chose Casa Margarida for our vacations in Praia da Luz, Algarve. First of all, the house was perfectly located - 3 minutes from the beach! Secondly, it was very well furnished and had everything we could possibly need for our week there. Also, it is very comfortable and spacious - the three floors make it perfect for families, as the living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms. The small village of Praia da Luz also proved to be a good spot for holidays, as it has a lovely beach and also several cafes, supermarkets and restaurantes within walking distance.
We were very happy about our stay and we definitely recommend this property!

Praia da Luz is a popular resort in an attractive setting and has everything you are likely to need.
The nearby town of Lagos in the Barlavento region houses the remains of an Arab built castle with 15th century city walls and the old ‘fort’ still guards the entrance to the harbour. The Palm Tree lined main strip, Rua 25 de Abril, runs through the town to the picturesque boating Marina and various boat trips are available nearby. Lagos has a lively extensive pedestrianised shopping area with cobbled squares, street performers cafes and restaurants. There is also a splendid fish market. The shops are all open in the evenings and there is a lively night life. Lagos is also home to a Zoo, ideal for young children, which houses smaller animals and has a pets corner.
For a fun family day out try Slide and Splash, a water park at Lagoa or there is Zoomarine at Guia, near Albufeira, which is about a forty minute drive away. Travelling out west towards Sagres, you will find more exposed beaches, popular with surfers as well as areas of historical interest relating back to the Neolithic period as well as Prince Henry the Navigator. On the most South-Westerly point, at Cape St Vincent there is a fortress and lighthouse dating back to the 16th century which is open to tourists.
A 20 minute ride inland takes you to the beautiful town of Monchique, a typical rural town with narrow cobbled streets, dotted with small houses. Monchique is the highest point in the Algarve standing at 902 metres and on a clear day, the views are stunning. At Caldas de Monchique there is a spa where you can sample the famous spa waters or indulge in some pampering or health treatments.

Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday will incur loss of deposit only. Less then 4 weeks prior 100% of the payment is due.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance of the rental is due 56 days prior to your holiday arrival date.
An additional security deposit of £250 is required together with the balance.
This will be refunded within 14 days of departure assuming zero damage/loss/breakage.
