Chalet Amelie is a charming and modern, 4 bedroom self-catered apartment just steps from the slopes in the resort of Ste Foy. The spacious open plan dining room/living room has high ceilings and a log fireplace making it a comfortable place to sit and relax after a hard day on the slopes. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to dine in and entertain. The Chalet boasts fantastic views over the Tarentaise valley towards Mont Pourri.

Known as the “best kept secret” of the Alps, Ste Foy is a peaceful family resort known for its fantastic off-piste skiing and only a short drive from the well-known resorts of Val d’Isere, Tignes, Les Arcs and La Rosiere. It has lovely uncrowned and well maintained runs to suit all ski abilities. Amelie’s situation in the centre of the tranquil resort means easy access to restaurants, shops and the lifts.

This property is situated in the heart of Sainte Foy ski station where you can enjoy the benefits of being just steps from the nursery slopes, lifts, shops and restaurants.

Ste Foy is the most recent resort in the whole of the Alps. This is a great place for families as it has quiet, well groomed pistes that are great for beginners. However it is also famous for some of the best off piste skiing in the area.

Don’t be put off the its size, it is in fact its size that make it popular. People come for Ste Foy’s relaxed charm. This is a resort unlike the huge ski areas which surround it. A resort where people talk to each other on chairlifts, in restaurants and at the bar at the bottom of the hill. Stay a week and you start to make friends, come back the following year and you bump into familiar faces. Soon you become part of the community, you know the staff in the bar, the lift operators and so it goes on. Don’t forget there is vast km’s of skiing on your doorstep so hiring a car is great was to take advantage of this.

Sainte Foy is relatively easy to access via Geneva, Chambery, Grenoble or Lyon airports and the Eurostar ski train terminates at Bourg St Maurice, only a 20 minute drive away.

If you are coming by car, the Chalet has its own secure underground parking.
