Suitability: It's ideal for families and large groups of friends. The villa is in a peaceful area - you'll be in close proximity to all the action, but far enough away to relax in peace.
A perfect location for a family holiday for both summer and winter sun. In the winter, the days are still warm enough to enjoy the beach and the cooler nights can be spent enjoying the log fires and outdoor hot tub.
Please be aware when booking this apartment it is solely for people looking for a non-party/clubbing holiday.
Very comfortable living space with a well equipped kitchen, lots of glasses, crockery and a Nespresso machine was a nice touch.
The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained. The living area was open and inviting, we were there at the end of the season so we even had a log fire on a few cooler nights.
But the garden and outside space..... WOW! I mean we were 5 friends (but we were spoilt!) even if you were to fill the place you'd still have plenty of room in side and out. The hot tub was great, perfect running order and hot (after staying in a few places I've heard all the broken hot tub excuses).
The pool is large and super clean, the gardens are well maintained and at night with the lighting it's like a five star hotel!
The outside seating areas both uncover and open are done really well and offer plenty of sunny/shaded spots. The garden feels very private thanks to the surrounding hedges and trees.
A car is a must really to help with shopping etc as taxi bills can run up quick. But with plenty of parking space this is not a problem.
As I say we were there in November so at the end of the season so we didn't head out too much just made the most of the villa and the garden we all left extremely happy and relaxed, talking about our trip next year..... and if Ibiza is the destination I know where to enquire first!!!
Thank you so much Pete, Kate and Tania you delivered everything as promised and more!
The property was fantastic the pool is brilliant and really good size. Everything you could need was there and Tania was great for information and letting us know where everything is. Had such a great time didn't want to leave. Great beaches 5 minutes walk and resturants . Great for all ages and ours ranged from 1 -54 !! Will defiantly be going back.
One thing to note the spa bath didn't work but everything else was great.
This villa has got to be by far, the most amazing villa I have ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived and met the wonderful Tania, to the time we left, was the best holiday I have ever been on.
The photographs are excellent, but once you are there you never want to leave, as it's better in reality.
I have nothing but admiration for Tania, as she did a fantastic job of showing us around and how things worked and was always available when ever we needed her and answered all our queries promptly.
The villa has everything you could ever need and was really clean. The outside space was just fantastic and we spent so much of our holiday enjoying the comfort of the undercover gazebo with sofa and chairs.
One of the things I loved the most about the evenings, is when we put the outside lights on, wow what a view, one I will never forget.
There is something about this villa, that makes you relax the moment you enter through the electronic gate.
I cannot recommend this villa enough, I loved everything about it and cannot think of one negative thing to say.
Many thanks to Kate and Tania, we'll be back!!
We had 2 weeks at this wonderful villa, every day was a struggle to leave. The pictures really don't do it justice, there is so much space, enough to loose yourself. The peace and chill vibe Villa Mañana has is second to none. We were met by the lovely Tanya who really looked after us in a very unobtrusive way and on arrival we had lots of gifts - fruit, beer, wine, bread, milk etc. The pool is brilliant, the biggest I have ever had with villa rental. The position of the villa is perfect. Just a 10-15 minute stroll to Mambo's, passing nice restaurants and bars and then a 10 minute stroll (subject to how many bars visited) into the heart of San Antonio (which I loved). We did a trip to the spa which was beautiful and hopped on the ferry which you get just down the road. This was without doubt the best holiday I have ever had, thank you Tanya and Kate to making everything so easy. Trying to replenish the savings pot to come back next year. Just loved, loved, loved it.
My family and I stayed at the villa from 6-13 June with 8 adults, 1 child and a 6 month old. When we arrived we were met by the lovely Tania who showed us around anf allowed us to leave our luggage so we did not have to cart it around whilst waiting until check in at 4pm.
The villa was beautiful and had everything you would ever need, including a few extras like ghekos haha. The facilities for my 6 month old were fantastic.
Tania walked and showed us where the nearest bars/restaurants were and we ended up making the golden buddah our local. I feel she went above and beyond to help us. The walk was a little longer than expected and taxi's are not easy to come by.
The villa was lovely and clean, a huge food spread was set out when we arrived which consisted of veg, sweets, crisps, juices etc.
The only fault we did have was that the bath in the master bedroom did not work for the period whilst we were there which meant we have to either shower or use the extender to fill the bath up with the shower head.
Apart from this small problem which didn't effect out holiday one bit everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying at villa manana and we will be returning.
Pete and Kate were very easy to contact and were very helpful.
What can I say... probably the best holiday I've ever had! The villa was amazing, the photos are good but don't do the reality justice - luxury, super relaxing holiday and great seafront bars within 5-10mins stroll so something for everyone. Quiet, secluded, no overlooking neighbours, and the owner's sister who manages the place is highly professional and very friendly and helpful which puts your mind at rest since we were scammed by our previous booking. Everyroom has private access so great for groups, and hear they're making it even better for next season so just hope we can afford it next year!
A short walk from San Antonio and a few steps away from Cala Gracio and Cala Gracionetta. These 2 tranquil sandy coves are the best beaches in San Antonio. They are separated by a spit of rock with traditional boat houses built into it. Being coves, they are protected from extreme waves or currents and the water is crystal clear and warm.
Cala Gracionetta can be accessed by a small path along the headland. It was originally a 'torrent' (a rainwater stream flowing down from the mountains when it rains). The mouth of the torrent, overlooking the beach, is now a stylish-yet-rustic beach restaurant (El Chiringuito). It serves fish, paella & tapas dishes under pine trees on tables scattered over the terraces, some of which have been built into the hillside.
Cala Salada is another nearly beautiful sandy beach (5 minutes by car). The water is beautifully clear, shallow and perfect for swimming, and the cove is surrounded by pine forested hills. There is a beach restaurant (simply called Cala Salada) at the far corner of the beach which is extremely popular with the locals and great for traditional dishes like seafood paella.
There is a nearby aquarium is Cap Blanc, which is a natural cave where fishermen used to keep their surplus fish in a pool whilst waiting for market. Nowadays it contains a variety of sea life and is a popular tourist attraction.
Other Activities: luxury yacht charter & party boats, scuba diving, horse riding, aquarium, Jeep safari, yoga, go-karting, paintballing
Golf: Ibiza Golf Club (in Spanish, Club de Golf Ibiza) is located on the east of Ibiza Island, 7km to the north of Ibiza Town. Established since 1991, this 18 hole, par 72 course, is situated in tranquil countryside overlooking the Mediterranean.
