Beautiful very well located apartment on the Royal Mile. 2 large bedrooms, 1 boxroom and spacious lounge/kitchen looking onto the most Historic street in Scotland.

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols......

The apartment itself has a lounge/kitchen with windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from the living room.

The master bedroom with double bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The boxroom has a single bed to accommodate the 5th guest. Both main bedrooms are are the back of the apartment where there is no street noise.

A main bathroom with lovely bath, shower above bath, WC, sink and towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of double beds and 1 single bed in the boxroom. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge with kitchen is large enough to sit and have breakfast or simply to relax in. The free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

Great location - great flat

We spent 2 weeks at this property and it was wonderful. The location is great, just a few streets over from the bus, the train station and a short walk to Prince's street. While in the front room, we were able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Royal Mile, however, in the back (where the bedrooms are located) it was quiet and comfortable. The owner is great to work with and was always available if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.

Location is great!

Fairly basic accommodations, but quite comfortable. You can't beat this location! We were able to catch the last day of the festival, and it was delightful to watch street performers from the windows and to simply walk down to the street to enjoy the fireworks. We had four in our group, but this place would work very well for two couples plus a single.

As mentioned, the concrete spiral stairs going up to the entrance to the apartment are not for the elderly or infirm - not a problem for us, but important to know. Shahid was very quick to respond to questions. Overall, highly recommended.

A great flat an even better location

The flat was in a great location right in the thick of things, easy to get to as we traveled by train but no parking so that should be born in mind. Shahid was very helpful and communication was always replied to promptly. We had no trouble with noise although it is right on the Royal mile. The only down is the spiral staircase leading to the property, it did make getting large cases up to the flat a little difficult.

Overall it was a great base to explore Edinburgh and we would certainly use it again if we return.

Fabulous location and spacious!

My husband and I spent 5 weeks in this lovely flat. It was roomy enough that when we had visitors, we never felt cramped. The view over the Royal Mile was great and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The stairwell heading to the flat is narrow and winding and some people may have difficulty navigating it. The back bedroom is far enough away from the street that it is mostly quiet, although some noise from the surrounding closes comes through. Shahid was great to work with.

Location. Location, Location

Everything about the apartment was excellent and a bonus was being right in the middle of the Royal Mile. All we had to do was look out our window to see bagpipers and street performers. I would highly recommend this to all. Additionally, Shahid is an excellent host, I left my cell phone in the apartment when we continued on into the Highlands. Shahid when over, found it and ship it on to us. He took the stress out of this situation for me. It was actually very liberating to not have a phone a few days once I knew it was secure.
