This beautiful 3 bedroom villa has panoramic sea views, 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool with optional heating, hot tub Jacuzzi with optional heating, 8MB fast internet and Wifi, designer garden, outdoor dining and terrace furniture, large gas "Outback" barbeque and much more. As you enter the grounds of the villa by a stair case that leads you down to the front door you are immediately surrounded by the lush gardens and are smitten by the amazing sea and countryside views. In the lounge area there are two leather sofas, a coffee table, open fireplace for the winter months, 40 inch wide screen television, surround sound, dvd/Blueray player, Ipod docking station, Wii games console and large triple patio doors that open up to a view of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with patio doors leading to its own private terrace, wide screen television mounted on the wall with local channels and USB playing capabilities as well as plenty of wardrobe space. Next to this bedroom you have a shared family bathroom with a bathtub, screened stand in shower and w.c. In the kitchen area you have a built in oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and all of the usual appliances. The dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate 6 adults which is located next to 3 large patio doors and the sea views from here are great. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, the first master double bedroom with en suite shower again has 2 large patio doors leading to the balcony with absolutely fantastic sea and pool views. There is also a wall mounted 32 inch wide screen television and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom on the first floor is a double bedroom with en suite tub and screened stand in shower again with large patio doors leading to its own balcony. There is also a 32 inch wall mounted television with local channels and USB playing capabilities.
Outside is a large 8 X 4 metre swimming pool which has optional pool heating charged at 40 Euros per day. There is also a 6 seater hot tub jacuzzi with lights and a fountain that can also be heated for 25 Euros per day or both pool and hot tub heating for 50 Euros per day. There are 6 sun loungers, 2 large parasols, side tables, outdoor dining table and chairs for another 6 people, large "Outback" gas barbeque and from all areas of the garden and pool area you will be amazed with the sea views. There is also a spiral staircase giving you access to the terrace which has lovely white rattan furniture where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea and countryside views.
The villa is located at the front of a resort sat just outside the beautiful traditional Cypriot village of Neo Chorio on a hillside overlook Latchi. There is a restaurant just 100 metres away which our guest love to go and have breakfast and enjoy the sea views. A 10 minute walk and you are in the village of Neo Chorio where you will experience the local traditions with a few tavernas, shops and bars. A 3 to 4 minute drive and you are at Latchi beach or marina which is very famous with the Cypriots due to the quality and variety of the fish restaurants. There are plenty of activities such as water-sports, boat trips, sightseeing tours and local excursions like visiting the "Baths of Aphrodite" which is very popular with tourists. A 10 minute drive from here and you are in Polis which has several large supermarkets, post office, hospital and much more.
As with all beaches near Latchi, the water's as clear as it's possible to be. The expanse of sand and pebbles seems to go on forever and all framed by the mountains in the distance. Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.
