We look for a HIGH SEASON WEEKEND RATE of £2550 for a 2 night stay in high season and a minimum 3 night stay in PEAK high season eg Bank Holidays/ Pride/ Brighton Marathon July and August etc ie £3225 PLUS the websites service charges that are added to our inputted rates for booking via their platform.

Bookings which include a Friday or Saturday will be charged at this rates irrespective of what date the booking starts. Due to the limitations of the website's back office accurate pricing it is difficult to obtain . Pricing very much depends on how long you stay and what day the booking starts. The longer you stay the cheaper the nightly rate . ie each additional night after the first 2 nights becomes cheaper . Please send a BOOKING ENQUIRY for an accurate price as opposed to a BOOKING REQUEST! This is why we do not accept instant booking.

Just what we needed

Such a great location, and a much nicer place than many of the other options for large groups. Jane and Hamayun were both very helpful, and our group had a lovely time. There were signs that bigger groups or parties had been there before us, and it would be really helpful if basics like bin bags were left for us, but overall this was exactly what we needed for our weekend.

The property is located in Madeira Place in the Kemptown distruct of Brighton a VERY central Brighton location. Only a few hundred metres from the Pier, Brighton Pavilion, Sea life Centre, The Lanes, The Volks Railway and the best of the Brighton nightlife. There are hundreds of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, clubs within a very short distance. There is no more centrally located holiday rental property in Brighton than this one and you will not require a car at all during your stay. (parking vouchers available) For Hen do's: Proud Cabaret is a must & located about 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes in a cab.
