This stunning 4 bedroom property caters for all tastes. With access to a heated outdoor pool, the world-class spa, children's play areas and tennis courts, there are plenty of activities to occupy you throughout your stay. The Lower Mill Estate is located next to the Thames National Footpath, with the fledgling Thames weaving its way through the edge of the estate. Close to the market town of Cirencester and ideally located to explore the local Cotswold villages. Pet friendly so all the family are welcome.

Important notes on accommodation
Set out over three floors however there are bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Please note, the master bedroom does have a partially glazed roof.
Our third year in this property. Partly decorated and updated since our last visit. Excellent lounge space. Bedrooms a good size. However a very strange biscuity smell in the double room without en suite which lasted the whole week-we were unaware of this as our daughter used this room.
Ok but weather was terrible so the weekend could have been better! No reflection on the accommodation. Balcony was not up to the cleanliness of the inside. Chairs and table very dirty.
The booking process, customer serive etc. was brilliant. Lower Mill estate is very nice, but a bit over developed for my taste. Lots of houses in close proximity and too little parking. EIder cottage was well appointed, and the living space was great, but the beds were very small and the attic bedroom (master suite) had a glass ceiling which made it incredibly warm (even on a cool may weekend) and too bright to sleep beyond 6am. The pool was fantastic at the Spa but the changing facilities were abysmal - 3 showers for 70 ladies! And tiny changing area. Lots to do in the vicinity and children had an idyllic weekend, mucking about in boats, flying kites and building dens in the hay bales.

How to get there
Car highly recommended. Located approximately 25 minutes from Junction 15 - M4.
Closest town is Cirencester which is approximately 15 minutes away via car.
Small shop on site selling locally sourced organic goods. Small village pub located in the village of Somerford Keynes which, upon exiting the Estate, is approximately 10 minutes walk. Cycle/Kayak hire within walking distance.
