Beautiful 5 Bed Townhouse On an Immaculately Maintained Complex Close to Marina

This charming townhouse is well equipped with all that you will need for a trouble free holiday. Flexible accommodation with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping from 2 up to 12. Cots and high chairs are available.

Large living room with a beautiful balcony for breakfast and lunch and roof-top sun terrace with fantastic views to the sea and over Pinhal golf course. Satellite TV with Sky Sports and WiFi.

There is air conditioning in 3 bedrooms with fans also available.

The Old Village has three pools amongst well maintained gardens. The walkways meander through Andalusian style townhouses and apartments. Numerous Restaurants, Bars and Cafes with a well stocked supermarket on site.

Vilamoura marina and centre with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops are about a 15 minute walk from the townhouse and there are 6km of beautiful sandy beaches either side of the marina.

There is an excellent water park 5 minutes away by car/taxi. Faro is 25 minutes away.

My wife Sharon and I are both from the Midlands in England. After thirty years working and with our three grown up children settling into their own lives, we are now looking for new challenges and eventually to move out to Portugal.

Why Kevin chose Loule region

We have been looking for a property in the Algarve for some time and when we saw this townhouse we knew it was the right property for us and our family. We thought that if it was right for us and our friends then it would be right for others.

When we talked to the previous owners they confirmed this, they have had happy guests for the last eight years. The house is really flexible in that it can accommodate groups of 4 up to 12. It is suitable for single families:, groups of families, golfers, friends; and those celebrating special occasions with similar groups using it over the last few years.

The house is fully equipped, spacious inside and out. The 4 bathrooms are to a high specification and all have baths.

From enjoying breakfast on the balcony to sunset parties on the roof terrace the you can enjoy the house and with Vilamoura, sea, sports including golf in walking distance this is an ideal base to enjoy the best of the Algarve.

What makes this house unique

The balcony and rooftop terrace are exceptional and are the essence of the sun blessed Algarve life.

WiFi internet access both in the house and on the complex coupled with Satellite TV including Sky Sports is an added modern day bonus.

The location is superb, in an immaculately kept complex with buildings with Georgian Facades and Andalusian style interiors. The grounds and walkways wind through well stocked gardens.

There are numerous restaurants, bars, 3 pools and a well stocked supermarket. It is only 15 minutes from Vilamoura marina/centre with over 100 restaurants and bars.

We had a good stay in the "old village " in March . I did write a review previously , but it went undeliverable. The accommodation and the village was fantastic .They only problem we had was they were completely renovating the house next door and the sound of power drills and grinders was not great in the mornings. They also were working on the roof tiles and the towels got marked with dust from the terracotta . We have experienced upgrade works "off season" before. But would recommend the village in future.

Just returned after a week's stay at the townhouse. We went for my husband's 50th birthday with our children and their partners - 11 in our party. The pictures on the website do not do the house or the complex justice! House is amazing, bathrooms having been recently refurbished. Plenty of space and plenty of utensils for a large party / dishwasher, washing machine / a real home from home. Roof terrace is an added bonus, with barbecue and sun loungers. Marina is a 15 minute walk but plenty of bars and restaurants on site if required. Already want to book again for next year and the family want to come too ! The owner Kevin answered all out questions before we went and was most helpful. The Princess Garden restaurant on site is amazing and also La Rendezvous rooftop bar. A fantastic place for our celebration and one we will remember for many years. Many thanks.

Superb location and five star accommodation

We have been staying at this town house know for the last fives years, and we love it. I have stayed with family and as a base for our fishing trips with the guys. The layout of the house is such so every one gets a decent sized room with enough bathrooms and toilets to accommodate the size of the party. The bonus of having a roof garden with b-b-q gives you two options of lounging in the sun, and if you need a bit of alone time this place is so big its easily achievable. The lounge offers enough comfy chairs for every one to sit in comfort with a nice sized tv if needed. Whilst when we are away there is a nice sized kitchen , not that we use it much especially on our fishing trips!! This house is located very close to the Square where the restaurants and bars are along with the shop and the new taxi pick up point. Please do not think that because it is so close you will be pestered with noise etc, as I can assure you that is not the case, this complex has to be the quietest place I have ever stayed. It is a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the fabulous mariner where you will find some of the best restaurants Portugal has to offer, and regularly attracts celebrities that have boats in the harbour. The house has recently been brought by a lovely couple who seem very keen to keep the high standard up by adding and renewing furniture and tvs etc. As with any place its up to the individual, but in our eyes this is a perfect house, superb location and having 5 big bedrooms sleeping ten people is no problem at all. We can not wait to return this year where Im going to sort out my daughters wedding at the complex, then later on Marlin fishing.
