This prestigious villa is a fine example of luxury accommodation and total comfort. A residence of clearly defined lines with distinguished contemporary touches and dream like panoramic views; a home that stands out above the rest in a privileged location high up on the hillside in the residential area "Huerta de la Font" in Pollensa.

It's meticulous construction was carried out using materials of the finest quality. The advanced Pilkington glass excludes 98% of UV rays. The Kitchen is by Bulthaup, the appliances by Gaggenau, washing machine and separate tumble dryer by Miele, sanitary ware by Villory&Boch and the taps by Grohe. Floors throughout are stone.

Accommodation is spread over two floors connected by a generous staircase which also runs down to a lower pool deck. The upper floor contains four ensuite bedrooms arranged as two twins, a double and a master double. All have individual climate control, walk in showers, generous wardrobe space and electric black out curtains. There are balconies for one double and one twin and the master double enjoys a private grand double aspect balcony. The master ensuite contains a bath as well as a walk in shower.

The ground floor is open plan with large windows offering plenty of sunlight. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and there is a dining area and lounge with a large flat-screen TV. Furnished terraces and balconies run along the property from end to end with a BBQ and chill out area and solarium.

On the lower level there is an infinity pool with a swim counter-current jet, surrounded by beautiful teak decking and a rock garden.

The municipality of Pollensa includes, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, the Port of Pollensa and Formentor with fantastic clear water caves and sandy beaches.

La Font / “La Huerta de la Font”, is the name of the urban development that surrounds the historical village of Pollensa. It is located on the outskirts, to the North of the town, at the foot of one of the final stretches of beautiful Tramuntana Mountain Range. The distance from La Font to Pollensa is only 1 km.

The urbanisation was developed exclusively for the construction of detached villas, built alongside, ancient, well-known farmhouses and large country estates. The majority of the villas in La Font have swimming pools and pretty gardens with panoramic views of the surroundings, mountains, the old town of Pollensa and if you are situated higher up in La Font you can even see the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia in the distance.
