The accommodation offers a modern and stylish living room with dining table, sofa, armchair and a flat screen TV. There is access to the private terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath, one bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double (or single) and another bedroom with fitted wardrobes, double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

We offer parking in the same building for 15€ per. day. You can use the communal swimming pool from May to October.

Good Apartment

Apartments were in a good position.Near train and bus station and a short walk to town.They were very clean and comfortable.It was an added bonus having the pool and the solaga rep was very helpful.Would certainly go back.

Apartment was very clean and location was within walking distance of Malaga centre (a good walk). Only drawback was sunbeds not provided for pool (which had been promised beforehand). Whoever goes next will find 2 sunloungers waiting for them.

Vialia area is perfect for those looking for short distance from the beach , the historic center and the railway station. It is a mainly residential and small commercial district so it's pretty quiet.

In this area you will find three large shopping centers , Vialia ( which is also the railway station Malaga) , Larios Shopping Centre and El Corte Ingles, perfect to spend a morning or afternoon of shopping .

In Vialia district is well connected with bus lines to downtown and the beach. If you want to walk , it will not take more than 10-15 minutes to reach both the historical center and the beach . The main railway station, María Zambrano train and bus station are just a step . If you want to stay in this area , check out our apartments!
